Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
On request, the room can accommodate groups of approximately 20 people. Snacks and light meals can also be prepared on request.

This small Hotel is located right in the heart of town and very convenient to buses, train station, entertainment and shopping. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. They are trying hard to make things nice. |

Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit allen Einkaufs- und Gastronomieangeboten in der Nähe, vor allem auch für Bahnreisende ideal. Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit privater Atmosphäre. |

Dat de kamer netjes was en eigenlijk vrij ruim voor een 3sterrenhotel te zijn. Er is heel veel lawaai van de straat hoorbaar in de kamer, waardoor het slapen bemoeilijkt wordt. |

Persoonlijke karakter van de ontvangst en de betrokkenheid van de hoteleigenaar bij het wel en wee van de gast. Er werd bij de reservering op de website een "niet-roken'' hotel en "niet-roken" kamer voorgespiegeld. Op de kamer stond een asbak, er was door gasten gerookt en de stoffering en het bed stonken naar de teer van sigaretten. Dus hele foute informatie van jullie. |
