Hotel Am Tiergarten  

I like the place due its location.

Idid not like the Wi-Fi support was very poor. Also the Housekeeping there was no Iron & Iron table to so I can do my clothes.

Great location, great price, nice room, nice staff

The hotel is opposite to the main train station and tram connections, giving the the opportunity to make comfortable trips to Black Forest or Palatinat or city tours. Altough there is a lot of tram traffic the noise is acceptable. Thanks to the waitress of the coffee shop bringing the selected coffees already at the second breakfast without we had to call for it and opening the coffee- shop earlier than sheduled just to allow us to have breakfast before leaving with an early train

The front desk is not always occupied and in this case the entry is over the sport-bar in the back. The reservation over booking.com was not noticed by the hotel, fortunately there were still some rooms free

Superb location next to the railway station and adjacent to the flamingos and the zoo

It is second time staying in the hotel. I apreciate intimity and discretion, free internet and across train station.

Excelente localização. Otimo preço beneficio.Hotel gerencia familiar, limpo, muito bom restaurante. Voltaria com certeza.

Ausstattung

Aufgrund der Lage unschlagbar, dadurch muss man aber natürlich auch ein wenig Geräusche ertragen können. Durch die schweren Rollos, die man in allen Fenstern herunterlassen konnte, war es aber nicht nur super dunkel sondern auch gleich ein wenig ruhiger. Morgens hört man jedoch Vögel vom Tiergarten (?) und ein Tipp für Langschläfer: Die Putzfrau kommt sehr früh, also lieber rechtzeitig ein Schild an die Tür machen.

Das Treppenhaus muffelt ein wenig, aber ist dennoch i.O.

Durch die Lage gegenüber des Bahnhofs ist es für Zugreisende optimal. Für Besucher des Zoos ebenfalls, da sich dieser direkt hinter dem Hotel befindet. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modernisiert. Das in dem Hotel befindliche Cafe und Restaurant vervollständigen den positiven Eindruck.
