Excellent location directly opposite the train station, but still relatively calm rooms. Despite late arrival, we were taken well care off with they key deposited with the friendly staff of the hotel bar. The non-smoker room smelled like a smoking lounge.

Location - directly across from the Hbf Staff - very courteous and helpful Breakfast included Turned the heat on when I arrived and it never actually warmed the room up properly.

The hotel is opposite to the main train station and tram connections, giving the the opportunity to make comfortable trips to Black Forest or Palatinat or city tours. Altough there is a lot of tram traffic the noise is acceptable. Thanks to the waitress of the coffee shop bringing the selected coffees already at the second breakfast without we had to call for it and opening the coffee- shop earlier than sheduled just to allow us to have breakfast before leaving with an early train The front desk is not always occupied and in this case the entry is over the sport-bar in the back. The reservation over booking.com was not noticed by the hotel, fortunately there were still some rooms free

The zoo and the main station were right next to the hotel. Didn´t find it cozy and it was difficult to know how to get in when I arrived at 7 p.m.

Das Hotel ist gemütlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wie neu. Kostenloses Internet über WLAN, ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Schöner Blick auf den Tiergarten. Ideale Lage für einen Besuch in Karlsruhe: Aus dem Bahnhof raus, einmal über die Straße, schon ist man da.

Kleines sauberes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof, verkehrsgünstig gelegen für Zwischenübernachtungen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet für 6 Euro. Schöner Blick auf den Tiergarten mit Flamingos. Zimmer gut renoviert, relativ wenig Verkehrslärm durch Züge und Straße. Gute Betten, kleine funktionelle Bäder. Ankunft nachts bis 1.00 Uhr möglich, dann Schlüssel in Bar abholen. In unserem Zimmer war ein Fenster nicht zu schließen, daher mehr Lärm und Kälte (im Dezember!)

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentralgelegen. Beim Bahnhof und beim Zoo. Auch die Innenstadt ist von hier gut erreichbar.Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss sehr gut.

Dusche ist sehr eng.(Zi 15) Fahrstuhl funktionierte sehr unterschiedlich,bei der fahrt zwischen 1. Stock und EG.Getränkeangebot nicht sehr reichhaltig; Automat nicht nachgefüllt.

dieses Hotel ist super beim Bahnhof gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Mit der Strassenbahn die gleich vor dem Hotel wegfährt hat man Anschluss in alle Richtungen der Stadt. Das Morgenessen auf der Terasse ist ein Erlebniss kann man doch geradewegs den Flamingos zuschauen die im Tierpark wohnen. Der "Seeblick" ist etwas weit hergeholt eher Teichblick.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, alle Einrichtungsgegenstände intakt und gemütlich. Das Bad war sauber, warmes Wasser kam auch sofort. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, das Personal sehr nett. Wir werden wieder dort verweilen, ich kann dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen. ...der Frühstücksraum hätte etwas besser geheizt sein können

Das Hotel ist direkt am Tiergarten gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, die Betten bequem, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns in dem Hotel daher sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder wählen.
