A/C in room was very nice, bed was comfortable, towels smell awesome, room very clean. It was a comfortable 10 min. walk to the downtown walk plaza so that was very convenient. Wireless Internet was advertised but not available in the floor I was staying at. It's only available in the lobby and those rooms close by. |

The location was excellent with a pleasant walk into town.The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was exceptionally quiet even though we were next to a lift. |

I have been given a room by far less than a 3star Hotel . After strongly complaining I was transfered to an other room that was not 4stars but acceptable . |

Tipp topp. Das Zimmer war bereits bei unserer Ankunft (13h) fertig und entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Tolle Einrichtung und schönes Design. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ausserdem ist das Hotel nicht weit weg vom Schloss und vom Zentrum. Ideale Lage, um das Auto am Hotel stehen zu lassen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es dort übrigens auch. Leider war die Sauna ausser Betrieb. |

soweit alles ok! alle sehr freundlich, sehr hübsche zimmer, alles sauber, netter spabereich. was ist dem architekten mit den glastüren zum badezimmer eingefallen!?!? wer will da durchschauen können? |

excellent rapport qualité/prix. magnifique chambre a thèmes.buffet petit dejeuner très très copieux. Hotel chaudement recommander... le seul point négatif à mon avis est la distance du centre ville (env. 2Km) la voiture est indispensable après une grosse journée de shopping... |

die lage - sehr stadtnah - das sehr schöne Zimmer - wir haben ein standard-DZ gebucht und bekamen vor Ort ein Themenzimmer Frühstücksbuffett ist mit 14 Euro einfach überteuert. Das Frühstück ging nicht über das normale Maß, das man auch schon in 3-Stern-Hotels bekommt, hinaus. |

Die zentrale Lage und Einrichtung des Hotels ist gut ! Städtereisende sollten kein Standartzimmer buchen ! Einrichtung des Zimmers sehr einfach,im Bad fühlt man sich zwanzig Jahre zurück- versetzt und auf anliegende Dach war das Rauschen von 2 Kompressoren der Entlüftung des Hotels Tag und Nacht zu hören. |

Das freundliche Personal am Empfang Ein Themenzimmer, das völlig anders (minimalistischer) als die im Internet beworben"BIO" war. Bei einem Hotel das groß damit wirbt erwarte ich, dass auch alltägliche Dinge, wie der Orangensaft biologisch sind. Die beiden Damen am Frühstücksbuffet waren gelangweilt und mehr mit sich selbst, als mit den Gästen beschäftigt. Zur Bestellung eines gekochten Ei mußte ich die Damen am Buffet aufsuchen, um dann nach 15 Minuten ein hart, statt weich gekochtes Ei zu bekommen. Das Ei wurde uns mit den Worten serviert "Es hat so lange gedauert, weil das Wasser eine Weile brauchte bis es kochte." Von 4-Sterne Hotels bin ich eigentlich einen anderen Standard gewohnt. |

Lage des Hotels u. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut, das Zimmer angenehm. Das 14-E-Biofrühstück war m.E. Mittelmaß, zu wenig Auswahl (auch bei konventionell hergestellten Produkten), das Nachlegen leerer Platten etwas zögerlich. Das Haus an sich war innen in Ordnung, außen hätte hier und da etwas renoviert werden müssen. Die Parkgeführ für das enge Parkdeck empfand ich als zu hoch (Parkplatz a.d. Gelände allerdings kostenlos). |

Unproblematisch wurde unser Zimmer gewechselt, da das zugewiesene Zimmer nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach Wir finden, dass Hotel ist nur teilweise renoviert - z.B. die Zimmer sind sehr schön und neu - das Bad dagegen ist noch alt (optisch) allerdings ist alles sehr sauber |
