Kind and helpful reception. A few extras were generously provided thank you. Good quality in everything, e.g., mattress, breakfast. Nice view of the city. I felt very comfortable.
The 90's decor, but not a real issue.
Everything was wonderful. Thanks
Hotel was very good, clean and with a good breakfast
Was woken at 6am with building works opposite. Spoke to receptionist and they contacted the builders who will now start at 8am. Given a bottle of cava as an apology. Not the hotels fault but they responded immediately
The design of the rooms. Good breakfast.
One room in the lower category had not been redesigned and was a little poky.
Friendly staff. Breakfast with wide choice. Very big bedroom. Rolling shutters makes room completely dark, good for sleeping. Quiet (apart air conditioning issue).
Noisy pump in the air conditioning assembly may be enervating.
The hotel was quiet and check in was easy. We had dinner at the hotel because we didn't want to loose our prime parking spot, it was a little pricey but a delicious meal and well worth it!
Breakfast was too expensive. We called to reserve parking after booking and we were told that the garage was full. Fortunately when we arrived we found street parking not too far from the hotel.
Situation, hand for walk into town.
Superior room was comfortable bur no view from window as tree directly outside.
Location was great, staff very helpful, good breakfast.
Front desk called our room at 23:30 to ask if we were parked behind a certain car that was blocked in - even though they had our plate numbers on file (it was not our car). Luckily, we were not sleeping yet! The hotel is a bit kitschy and the decor outdated, but overall, it was a nice experience.
The hotel is situated on a hill somewhat distant from the town center. Indoor swimming-pool next to a very small garden, expected something larger when in a suburb. Restaurant is OK (get a table towards the windows), had a boeuf argentine only slightly overcooked, but service was slow
Main critiques are a very noisy AC despite being turned off (it keeps recharging (?) according to the reception) and paper walls (!); you hear everything from the room next door. Will thus probably not return.
At least the room i got is a bog standard German hotel room decorated in the eighties with no trace of the design the hotel name hints at other than a print over the bed. It's not really far from the center but the city being so small it still has to be considered a bit off.
room was a bit warm. Staff said is was because it was above the sauna.
The pool area is a great place to relax after a long journey.
The sauna and pool. The bar was nice too.
Very pleasant stay, pleasant and impeccably clean room, helpfulness of staff, breakfast quality and view from breakfast room.
The superior room was not as design as the pictures on the site, and the bathroom was much less modern: we found out it was because it was one that had not yet been redone.
The design of the rooms is amazing
More hotel than design. Splashing a bit of colour around on the walls won't help. Lobby area stinks of tom cats. Disinterested personnel at breakfast couldn't be bothered to check if the two guests needed anything. Well, not Luke warm coffee from the tthermos flask.
La situation géographique, le personnel, l'emplacement parking, le restaurant.
The "Junior Suite" is a 30 sqm nice room with a TV on a table in the middle. On one side is the bed, on the other side is a sofa. It was no place enough for lugage (2 persons). No good insulation, we could hear the vacuum cleaner going on the next room early in the morning. No air conditioning in the room, the air was going only for toilet. No coffee tea tray. No carte for room service. No view through the window, just walls. Glass door for bathroom is not pleasant fot everybody. For us it was not a suite, but just a room.
breakfast was good
the room was somewhat strange with the shower next to the bed (single room)
- room - cleanliness - wellness facilities - free parking
- hardly any non-German speaking channels on TV - breakfast is ridiculously expensive so we did not take it
Our suite was excellent and the resturant had a good menu at reasonable prices.
The internet was awful. You had to log onto their wifi every time you had not refreshed a page within a few minutes, and the connection was extremely slow.
A very pleasant and slightly different hotel - with good facilities and excellent food. The restaurant is first rate (we have stayed here before and came back because of the food) and the breakfast is second to none.
Breakfast is perhaps a little expensive for the average traveller.
Food comes top of list followed closely by designer rooms
