The Hotel's location in Rothenburg was great. The owners were quite accomodating. They had a very nice breakfast. |

Convenient location, in the old city area and next to the city hall. With elegant decoration and give you the family atmosphere. The hotel runner is very friendly to us though could not speak too much English. |

Good location, nice and spacious room, friendly staff No elevator; difficult to get person that needs wheelchair upstairs. No AC - need to choose between air from outside and noise or warmth and quiet |

The management was extremely helpful. The owner especially prepared us scramble eggs along with the breafast buffet, knowing we were Americans and probably preferred them to the usual hard boiled egg. The hotel is close to the main square and conveniently located. The room was nice and tastefully laid out. While not a new hotel, it is a classic and well worth the visit. No elevator, though the stairs are wide and easy to manage. |

The owner and staff were wonderful in every way, it was clean, quiet, breakfast was wonderful and we felt safe there. We loved everything except not having a full length mirror. One could even be placed in the sitting area of each floor. |

Owners are heavy smokers despite laws now in effect in Germany not allowing this. Food areas, hallways, stairwells and you breathe smoke all night. We had a non-smoking room. Stayed 2nd night in location next door - all areas smoke free. |
