Apart from this it was ok

The Location was a bit awkward because I wasnt aware the Road was being dug up for repairs and the Tram wasnt stopping as far as the Hotel

We were in Leipzig to visit horse jumping world cup and therefore looking for hotel close to both exhibition area and city center. This hotel was realy good choice. Room was spacious and clean with good WiFi connection. Buffet breakfast was very well stocked. Reception staff is very kind and friendly. This family-run hotel offers great value for money and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Superb. Warm welcome from friendly helpful staff. Immaculate room with fast free wifi, bathroom was spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast. Free street parking too. Very comfortable stay and outstanding value for money.

Far awayi fom center.

We stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and comfortable and elegantly furnished, and our bedroom was very spacious with an ENORMOUS bathroom - a nice change from the shower-in-cupboard ones you often get nearer home. The hotel is well run: the manager is charming and helpful and all his staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is 5 or 6 km from the centre, but there is a frequent tram service which takes you to the main station on the edge of the Old City. The tram stop is 100 metres from the hotel. We will stay there again when we next go to Leipzig.

Great Staff on Reception both Day & Night

Go inside the hotel before you make any decisions, once through the doors you are met with a fabulous hotel and very welcoming staff. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy and trams pass very close to the hotel but once your windows are closed they do not prove too much of a problem. It is only about a 10 ride into Leipzig centre which is fabulous.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location is not bad it takes 15 minutes by the Tram to arrive to the city center there is free WI-FI and parking which is positive and make it more special than other hotels

The women in the front disk was not so friendly. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and bright room with a large bathroom. Kind receptionists speaking a clear english. Good breakfast and value for money. The city center is not too far but a transport is necessary. The tram stop is at a few meters from the hotel and so it is a ticket machine. Parking in the neighborhood is really easy and free. There is gas station at the side of the hotel.

No english spoken at breakfast, so it may be difficoult to understand the waiters. If your windows is near to the luminous banner, you'd better close it because some spider may be attracted and enter.

Good value for money.

The only reason of our one-night stay was to visit Auensee Park Railway and therefore we simply choosed the nearest hotel without any expectations. But were very surprised by high quality of this hotel, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, good breakfast and helpful staff. Simply perfect and excellent value for money.

Desk staff was excellent. A fan was provided to mitigate the effects of record high temps in Germany. Access to the street car line made getting downtown easy. Was able to park right next to the hotel on a side street.

Although its in a run down area the hotel itself is really good, well run and with very obliging staff. There is a tram from the door right into the city. I really enjoyed my stay.

for me everything was very good! but if your sleep is sensitive you can't actually open the window - it's rather big road nearby

I booked this hotel based on price and on reviews from previous guests. This hotel is located about 4 km from the city centre and is on a direct tram line (trams 10 and 11) ten stops from the city centre. It tekes about 15 mins to travel and trams are very frequent during the day and costs €5 per day which allows unlimited use of the entire Leipzig public transport network. The bedroom was small and had free wi-fi, Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. There is lift access to each floor. Breakfast is good with hot buffet of bacon and scrambled eggs in addition to the usual cold buffet. It is rated as three star, but it ranks as one of the best three stars in my experience as a frequent traveller, especially at the price.
