The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of breakfast The area was not the best and there was about a 2k walk to the main shops |

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is good. Easily accessed and convenient for the city without being too close. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms and we had to purchase drinks to take to our room. |

hotel staff were very good and helpfull, as well the hotel is very clean and good breakfast. the main problem that no air-condition and you have to keep the window open to get some cold air, and my room was toward the main road and i cloud not sleep beacuase the cars and the train noince. |

The hotel was clean enough, but nothing special. There was no Air Conditioning and the staff had left the curtains open! The room was hot and did not cool off till ca. 22:00. Not much better than a good 3 star. For another 12 euros, I could have had a room in a 4 star with pool and Air Contitioning. |

The staff was nice The hotel is pretty far from the city center, and is not really a 4 star hotel - no air conditioner (and in the summer it's really annoying), internet barely worked, and in total too expensive for what you get when there are betters around. |

The buffet breakfast was good. Staff did not know what she should do. (Waiting customer, no explanation for waiting, key open & breakfast time and poor explanation how to reach to the station.) |

The staff was helpful and friendly The smells from the kithcen were all over the hotel, includin my room at the 4th floor. Room (single) was quite small. The hotel is quite a walk from the U to the city center. |

Helpful staff, good food. Breakfast and wireless internet included in rate. Breakfast good as well. No aircon in room but not really a problem at the time I visited. Could be an issue in summer since probably quite noisy with windows open.Parking 8 Euro per night. |
