Location, comfort of room, friendly helping staff.

The WiFi continuously threw me off line.

Very friendly staff, nice appartment and creative interior design, best location near shopping and entertainment, great breakfast buffet, beautiful music, very harmonic stay in the best city of the world :)

we lived in the first floor and heard the whole time the basses of the lobby music (we love music...) - but the staff was very nice and turned the bass frequencies quieter.

The interior design, location, friendly staff, roof terrace!!

The bar on the roof terrace had no person working there (4th of may) we had to go down to the lobby bar to buy drinks, no information about that. The "open" shower in the room, that is not very nice!

Lovely big room, helpful staff, great roof terrace bar. Bikes for hire, excellent central location with lots of restuarants on the doorstep.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Really location i Mitte, close to shopping, pubs and historical sites/museums.

The pub in connected to the hotel. Expensive drinks, not so service minded staff. Go to any pub in the city instead.

The hotel Cocktailbar is always the best start for a great evening in the city

The staff were polite, professional and friendly. The hotel has an uber cool bar to the side of the check-in desk. Good use of space considering our bedroom was small, but the shower stall was big enough for two. The door to the shower room is see-thru, so make sure you're comfortable with the person you're sharing the room with.

Didn't like the fact that smoking is allowed in the bar. In the bedroom, they have twin beds pushed together pretending to be doubles.

The hotel is in a perfect part of town... close to a large variety of great cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also in the heart of a very cool shopping area! It's the best of East Berlin! The hotel itself, has a fabulous bar of it's own, with charming staff and great music!

The service at reception was very hit and miss! Some of the staff were very knowledgable and helpful, others were very dismissive and seemed to have little knowledge (or even interest!), of the area!

I liked our apartment which was clean and comfortable, .

but was disappointed that although we had tea and coffee making facilities we had no tea or coffee so I asked for some which I duly received but when the room was cleaned the next day they took my tea and milk (which was in the fridge). Unfortunately there was an awful smell of smoke in the corridors which was quite over powering but as we were only there foe 2 nights did not complain There was also building work going on at the back of our apartment so we were woken up promptly at 7.30 each morning by the workmen. Also the hotel was very dark in the reception area

there was no shampoo in the room, or iron

The hotel was really lovely, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast isn't included and was slightly pricey but overall a good selection of food from the buffet... The bed was massive and really comfortable, bathroom really clean, view from the roof top is great but the bar wasn't open due to time of year so i would suggest to make the most of this hotel to go in the summer...

Loved the modern look of the room. Clean and minimalist and the whole hotel seemed to be built around that theme.

Reception staff are very helpful and nice. There is a room with computers and free Internet course. The hotel's excellent location 3 minutes walk from Hackescher Markt shopping area which also has excellent restaurants and station close to the Under Ground

the see through shower in the room, we did not know about this and only after we gut in the room and asked the staff if we can change they check it for us. also few problems with the price that was diffrent by 10 euro

The fact we had to leave!

Clean, contemporary, convenient. Like that they had umbrellas to lend. Staff was very friendly and able to converse easily in English. Location was walking distance to tons of restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. Great value! Rooftop bar was great but very crowded.

Room was small but adequate. Not enough room to store suitcases in room or maneuver stroller. No way to get coffee in morning without buying large buffet breakfast.

Wi-fi out of service in many occasions, but with facilities on the reception.
