The room was quiet, two nights out of three. (One night there was an almighty racket in the hotel) 1. I was asked to pay on arrival - in cash. 2. The hotel advertises free wifi - but I had to ask at reception and was given it rather reluctantly. 3. I could not leave my luggage on the last day after check-out - the claim was that the hotel luggage room was full. The attitude was totally unhelpful. |

The hotel has a good location. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was ok The staff from the reception was rude and there is no privat parking at the hotel, the nearest public parking is 200m away and it cost 16 euro/day |

Good location, close to the Kufurstendamm and very close to the U-bahn. Rooms were very basic but OK for budget if you intend to be out and about most of the time. Breakfast was OK and there was plenty of choice. Staff were nice and helpful at all times. Bed comfy enough. Bit downtrodden and dated. Ants in the 2 rooms we rented (but to be fair they didn't eat much or make any noise). Quite expensive for such basic facilities. |

Location is great; very clean; free Wi-Fi. You have to ask for the TV remote control, but you don't know this until you get to your room. Towels are paper-thin. Check-in area could use some more charm. |

En relacion calidad-precio esta bien si no eres muy sibaritas y para dormir, ducharse y desayunar, ya que estaba todo el dia fuera, mas que suficiente. Que cambiaran con mas asiduidad de sabanas. |

Die zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, ruhig Der Zustand insgesamt ist bescheiden, beengt. (Allerdings muss man den günstigen Preis berücksichtigen) |

Die Lage Nahe dem Ku-Damm! Es fanden sich eine getrage Herren-Unterhose sowie eine leere Zigarettenschachtel (leer war sie nicht, es waren lauter abgebrannte Zigarettenstummeln darin!!!) direkt neben dem Schreibtisch, worauf der Fernseher stand. Zudem waren gebrauchte Zahnstocher und Plastik-Schnipselm direkt vor dem Bett am Boden! Nach einer Reklamation beim Chef des Hauses versprach dieser, den Missstand zu beseitigen - als ich jedoch gegen 23 Uhr ins Zimmer kam war alles wie vorher!!! Verschmutzt und dreckig! Es gab auch keine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher! Dieses Hotel ist weder EUR 65,- wert, noch ist es wert bei Ihnen gelistet zu sein!! Das Problem war zudem, dass man beim Check-In kassierte, erst wollte man mir keine Rechnung geben & Reklamationen sinnlos!!! |

Está excelentemente ubicado, y las instalaciones, aunque sencillas, son muy cómodas.El personal es muy amable y se desempeña profesionalmente. En mi habitación la regadera estaba ya maltratada. Es importante mantener todos los elementos de la habitación en buen estado siempre. |

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale Dovrebbe esser ristrutturato, la facciata, le stanze, gli arredi sono un po' fatiscenti e il bagno è troppo piccolo. |
