... buona colazione Pagamento in contanti all'arrivo, puzza in camera,camera sporca.Bagno sporco e si allagava subito dopo la doccia.L'ascensore fatiscente.

Hotel was very reasonably priced and good value for money. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good considering the price paid. The location of the hotel was excellent for transport links throughout Berlin. They charge for leaving luggage when you check out. I've never been charged for leaving luggage before and I think this was very mean spirited of the hotel management. It spoiled my impression of the hotel.

Location. Close to the Kurfurstendamm is excellent. And they also offered breakfast with the room. The hotel is in general old and creaking. For example, the elevators wouldn't work. The staff seems distrusting of its guests. They even charged us for leaving baggage at the bell desk, which no other hotel I have stayed in has ever done! That was a bit cheap.

I liked the area of the hotel ..convenient to transport , shopping,restaurants, cafes etc. ok for the price and when I booked it was very busy in Berlin and not much else available.

Location was good, a short walk from Zoologischer station. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, when we turned up we didn't have enough cash to settle the whole bill but gave enough to cover the first night and were then chased down until the rest was provided the same night. The hotel room was in fact a corridor they had stuck two beds in, end to end. My boyfriend and I had to share a single bed for three nights or sleep separately...not very romantic. Overall the hotel was incredibly basic for what we paid, they really charge over the odds for what you are getting. Ps. Free wifi is only if you book through the hotel's own website and not through booking.com!

The good location is the only advantage from this hotel, although still need about 10 minutes taxi ride. It's a very run-down cheap hotel with very bad service. There's no where mention cash payment for check in, and we were asked for cash payment although after our credit card guarantee during reservation. The attitude from the manager was like we beg him for a room to stay. During our stay the management and staff made everything impossible, refuse to assist call a Taxi( even we mentioned don't mind the extra cost for call or taxi fee), extra charge for slow internet service( on our booking form was suppose include.), they went to guest room to touch personal belonging(that's why they required every guest must put the key at reception before out.). They have argument with most of the guests and see each guest as suspect, certainly don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Meiner Meinung nach das Leistungs-Preisverhältnis ist super. Kann man natürlich mehr komfortables, bequemes und teueres Hotel finden, aber für eine Büdgetvariant steht es eifach super.

ochotný personál, bohatá snídaně parkování - byly 2 možnosti: 1) zaplatit 7 euro na recepci, ale místo si najít sám na ulici, 2) najít si kryté parkoviště - od 15 euro za 24 hodin. Soukromé parkoviště nebylo žádné.

Wirklich gute Lage des Hotels...U-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen gleich ums Eck Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen großen Spiegel, nur einen kleinen im Bad..für Frauen ist das ein riesen Problem ;) Man sollte nicht zuviel erwarten..zum schlafen und duschen reicht es aufjeden fall!

Sehr gute Lage (Nähe Kurfürstendamm und U-Bahnanbindung!) Zimmerausstattung (Nr. 220) in Ordnung. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein: wegen überfüllung hatte ich keine Gelegenheit, dort Platz zu nehmen. Habe das Brötchen usw. Notgedrungen im eigenen Zimmer gegessen, welches zum Glück im gleichen Stockwerk war. Statt Hotelrechnung nur eine handgeschriebene Quittung ohne Stempel O.ä....

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Putzenfrauen haben Haare von sich hinter lassen. Der Reppich Boden war schmutzig und sah aus als wäre er seid längerer Zeit nicht gereinigt worden.

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und durch die Superlage auch preiswert. Dieses Hotel ist nicht auf dem Ku-Damm, sondern in einer keinesfalls hübschen Parallelstraße gelegen. Das ist keine Beschwerde, lediglich eine Richtigstellung.

-- en pitänyt ollenkaan siitä, että jouduin maksamaan etukäteen( siis tullessa hotelliin) käteisellä. Koska luottokorttitiedot olivat hot. Varattaessa netistä annettu edellytyksenä varauksen sitovuudesta niin en ymärrä hotellin käytäntöä tässä asiassa. Ymmärsin myöskin niin, että" kalliimmissa huoneissa" tälläistä käytäntöä ei ole.??!! -- ensimmäistä kertaa, ( makustan pajon) otettiin maksu laukun säilyttämisestä sen aikaa kunnes huone vapautuu. Ei kiva!!!!!!!!!

Não gostei de nada.é Fraco, velho e sem conforto. Só não foi um total fiasco porque o preço indiciava coisa má.De bom apenas a localização. Fraco, fraco, fraco. Tive de pagar cash
