The best cost-performanced hotel ever! Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, 1 min walk from tram stop, not small single room regarding to its price, very quiet quartier but easy to get city center by tram or bus. Only the coffee could be better. |

It was convenient with easy access to the trams. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were huge Our door would not close properly without slamming it, and when we can back after being out for the day the door had been left open by the cleaner, we meant to say something to reception but forgot. |

The welcoming by owners! Shower was fixed so that you could not turn it above a certain temperature - needless to say only very warm not hot shower! |

prettig hotel in een aangename en zeer rustige buurt. Ruime kamer. Servicegerichte hoteleigenaar; gaf o.a. uitstekende informatie. Daarnaast ook goede brochures op de kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt. |

Mir hat besonders der freundliche Service gefallen. Auch bei auftauchenden Fragen oder Problemen (WLan) wird nicht vertagt, sondern geholfen. Als Business Reisende war es sehr angenehme, abends leckere kleinere Gerichte auch auf das Zimmer gebracht zu bekommen. Das Hotel liegt in sehr schöner, ruhiger Umgebung. Ich würde wiederkommen. Ich hätte gerne mit Visa bezahlt, ging nur EC. Die Badreinigung könnte etwas besser sein. |

de ontvangst en de rustige ligging in de nabijheid van Potsdam. Ook vonden we de ambiance in de eetruimte prima, alles zag er netjes en verzorgd uit de koffie was echt niet lekker en ook betalen direct bij binnenkomst heeft niet mijn voorkeur. bij het ontbijt lagen veel dingen onafgedekt en naast vis.....vonden wij ook niet zo kies...zeker niet toen dezelfde visjes ons drie achtereenvolgende ochtenden aankeken...... |

Die freundliche Bedienung, ruhige Lage was Geräusche von aussen betrifft Die Flurtüren sind mit automatischen Schliesern bestückt, die wiederum zu hart eingestellt sind und dadurch vor allem nachts und frühmorgens durch ihre schlagenden Geräusche sehr stören. |
