Otima localização, Excelente café da manhã, quarto limpo e confortavel,internet wirelless funciona no quarto.Recomendo!! Great location, great breakfast, room clean and comfortable, wireless works at the room, I do recommend!! Os travesseiros eram ruins , muito moles, desconfortaveis./ The pillows were bad, very soft and uncomfortable.

The location was very good,near the Ubahn and shopping centre, the hotel and the room was nice. The bathroom smelled and they did not clean it properly. Some of the hotel stuff were unkind!

This hotel offered a wide variety of services such as a spa, happy hour as well as breakfast with each being top quality. The location of the hotel is definitely another reason for a traveler to stay there. The service as well as the staff is top notch and I have a feeling whenever I travel to Berlin, I'll be stay there every time. the spa wasn't advertise as much as I would have liked. I felt as if I didn't get to enjoy the many services that hotel had.

The location was good. Close to the zoo and the aquarium as well as good shopping. The staff were friendly and were happy to answer any questions. It was also good as I did not speak German and they were able to speak good English. Not really a complaint but it would be good if there was at lease 1 movie Chanel in English apart from cnn.

We were not happy to find on arrival that they were knocking down the adjoining hotel - not only was there noise which meant we could not open a window, but on the 7th floor, we woke up to feel the room moving - door to the bathroom swaying, and towels moving on rails etc.
