100% előrefizetés/1fő beteg lett, nem tudott elutazni,Sajnos ,de már ki van fizetve .Mondták. Late Check Out, + 50 eur /barátságtalan/Csomagot el lehet helyezni, de a wc kulcsra van zárva, Igy mehettünk a pélyaudvarra. A szoba zajos,Hatalmas ibis Hotel építhezés van a közvetlen szomszédban.07,00 Kor Flex ,Betonvibrátot ébresztő 7. emeleti fürdő-szobában van a Strangszellőző, tulfolyó. Büdös csatorna szag van. Ablakot nyitni nem lehet, a zaj miatt. Most nem ajánlom senkinek.

-the location of hotel is wonderfull - especially for shopping near Ku'damm, -breakfast are very hearty and the stuff very nice and helpful, -the possibility to rent bikes in the hotel is really great - nevertheless there are only four bikes available!

-the equipment of the hotel is rather old and the speed of the wi-fi connection might be better

Close to U-Bahn, close to main park.

Very noisy during afternoon because of the outside work. I called reception and the answer was the noise will stop at 4pm but no help was offered. Internet connection poor at night (around 11 p.m. every day). Very noisy during the morning because of people going to elevator - it seems the walls are thin.

Staff was responsible and helpful.

The shower, I have never come across a shower where it is almost impossible to actually get underneath it! The shower head is in one corner with the taps on one side and a soap dispenser on the other. This means you cannot get under the shower, unbelievable!

Location and size of the bathroom .

Fried egg was charge as an extra for the breakfast . Tea and coffee not good quality and does not taste nice . The bed sheet has not been changed for four nights . The cleaner has taken my tea and sugar when she was cleaning . There was scaffolding work cause for me sever disturbances .

The hotel is nice and close to the U bahn station.

We didn't know that the hotel is under renovation and it was quite disturbing. We had the weekend when it was calm and quiet, but on Monday morning we were woken up at around 9 a.m ... by big noises in front of our window (7th floor) ... On Tuesday , the same. It would have been normal to state this fact about renovation on the site when we made our booking. We are pretty sure we would have chosen some other place.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Free wifi. Great value for money. If you tire of German food there are good Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian places nearby.

Great location. Very good price/quality. Facilities aren't the newest, but everything is working fine. Wifi, tv, great beds,...

Renovation works during my stay. These could have been communicated beforehand because they got very noisy. Given the fact that I was there on business, the management was very flexible about a room change.

Location is a bit far away from the majority of the tourist attractions (12 stops on the underground to Alexanderplatz)

Location is perfect - near U-bahn, bus-100, KDW and Zoo. The stuff was very friendly. Clean room, new towel everyday. Everything was OK :)

The Hotel staff speak fluent English and were very nice & helpful. The room was spacious, clean & quiet. The open Buffet Breakfast was a good bargain at 10 euros. The location of the Hotel is amazing near wittenberg plaz U-Bahn (Metro) & very easy to find. You don't have to walk more than 50 meters to find everything you need. There's a big supermarket right across the street for grocery & many restaurants, clothes & souvenirs shops . Bottom line, perfect & budget friendly.

I made a call to a local mobile phone for 6 minutes & they charged me 7 Euros for it. It turns out it's 1.10 Euro per minute to a cell phone & 70 Cents per minute to a landline both in Berlin area. Thank God I didn't use it to call home??!! So my advice to everyone out there is this: buy your prepaid sim card for 10 Euros with 5 Euros Balance once you arrive in Berlin in case u need to make some calls. If you want to call home, get Mobi.

Have stayed here several times and shall of course book again if hotel's "event" price allows. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, with all basic comforts one needs, and perfect location. Hotel offers complimentary free wifi and breakfast. Would be nice to have a mini-bar though.

interruption of Internet connection due to set limit of 24 hours is an inconvenience.

The hotels location as it is next to Kadewe a shopping store. the room and hotel is ver clean and comfortable. breakfast is very good.

Internet connection very unstable, and you have to type in the login and password every time you want to use it.

Great location with underground station, the famous shopping mile Kurfuerstendamm and a supermarket very near. Free wi - fi.

The room was quite old and very cold. The cleaning woman tried to enter the room every day before 8.30 A.M., however the cleaning could be better. When I arrived, there was an used cotton bud in the corner of my room and it stayed there during my entire stay (6 days).

Perfect location, very nice staff, very good value for money.

No minibar. Only two sockets in the room - one for the TV and the other just inside the door which was a bit awkward when wanting to charge the laptop.

The location was the best feature of the hotel.

Having made my booking in late August 2012 for late January 2013 and having requested a non-smoking room, I was diappointed to be allocated a smoking room. The room [425] was stinking of smoke, the furniture worn out and bathroom suite chipped. I complained at reception and was offered and upgrade to an non-smoking room, but at an extra charge. I checked the room offered [217]. It was much better and acceptable, but I refused pay the extra charge. After a short debate the very helpful receptionist gave me room 217 at no extra charge. The rest of my stay was very good.

Location is great, staff is quite efficient, free WiFi - is a must these days

Bad noise insulation. Even double doors don't help.

Comfortable bed. Large bathtub.

Internet was very slow sometimes. There was not hot water ones during 3-4 hours. Renovation or construction on the street next to the hotel - it was too noisy in the room from time to time.

Very good breakfast! I've stayed 3 times there and I think I'll stay one more time in the hotel.

Wi-Fi is almost not working there.
