Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet, fint værelse, og da det lå på bagsiden af hotellet hørte man ikke gadestøjen

Meget lille badeværelse, så er glad for at jeg ikke skulle være der flere dage. Ligger I meget etnisk område

Staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is close to Main train station and restaurents. Rooms are clean and nice and the impeoved the Wifi, so now it is fast, and enjoyable.

I think we saw a cockroach on the wall, but otherwise seemed totally clean. Central location near train station BUT two blocks away from very seedy strip-club area, and no decent restaurants nearby

Moqueta vieja, ascensor viejo, zona que da miedo, para aparcar hay zona azul que no puedes pagar por la noche. Hay que levantarse antes de las 8 para poner la moneda.

Good location a short walk from the main station. Quite large room. Breakfast included and very good. Bathroom/shower excellent. Ok for a short stay.

Room was cold - discovered that the radiator had been turned off. Every time the maid had been in, the radiator was turned off again and temp down to ten degrees! Almost no English language tv. No coffee/water in the room.

Pretty good breakfast. Location is very close to the old-town. Very clean toilet. Staff is helpful and friendly. Value for money. Truely free WiFi.

Would be good to have kettle in a room to be able to make a tea or koffee, etc., especially if you are with a kid. Although, staff always helped us with the boiled water.

Great location with a nice breakfast buffet. Bar in the lobby was also convenient. Affordable rate. If on a budget, this place is acceptable, clean and satisfies.

It was very cold in our room. We could not find a thermostat. It would begin by being very cold and then in the middle of the night it would get quite warm. The walls also lack noise insulation so you could hear noise from the people around you. We were not in our room much, so it was not a major inconvenience.

Very good location. Value for money and breakfast is good. Even if there is no air condition, you can open the window and it is okay. The room and the toilet was very clean. Free Wifi in room and good connection.

I did not like anything about ambassador hotel. It was the worst night of my life in this dirty, full of insects and bed bugs hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good near to the station and shopping center but the hotel is not clean, in fact it is the hotel of bed bugs which suck your blood when you get into the room. Plus the staff is very rude very very rude they don't care about their customer. I told them to change my room they did not change my room and I was dying with scratching my body because of bed bugs. Anyways that was horrible and miserable experience of my life. Last night I will never go to that hotel again.

Locations is good. Rhine river is just 2 lanes away. Bf was good. Rooms are quite small though but approprite for the price. Lot of eateries are near by. Its 20 min Drive from fra airport and taxi took us 24 euro.

No bell boy to take your luggage to your room. No air conditioning in room. It was quite hot during our stay. The guy at reception didnt give us the Wifi access no, thought it is free in hotel. Next day we had to ask again, then they gave us.

Overall the room is spacious and clean, the staff also very nice. The location is within walking distance to the train terminal.

Now the hotel has a new name under Accor Hotel Group---All Seasons. Just like the quality of other All Seasons Hotel. Breakfast is abundant and rich. Location is near hauptbahnhof, only 2 blocks away.
