About two-minute walk to Main Train Station. Very convenient. Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels I have stayed during Frankfurt Book Fair, when hotel price at least tripled, the value of the price of this hotel is very good. I mistakenly over booked one extra night. They let me cancelled it even it was supposed to be non-refundable. Will stay there again. The hotel is located very near to the Main Train Station, meaning the neighborhood is a little complicated. May not suit female solo travelers.

Clean hotel in a good location. Did not have simple things in the room such as tea and coffee making facilities. Toilet very small and no proper ledge for soap bag. Bit penny pinching for the price.

This was my second stay at the Ambassador. I visit Frankfurt regularly. Lately I have been visiting by train. The Ambassador is a five-minute walk from the train station, thus making it easy to get to and from the station at odd hours. The hotel is also a footbridge-walk away from the museums. The rooms are clean and the décor is modern—the hotel is recently renovated. We had a quiet room on the Hinterhof, away from the elevator. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Finally, and just as important in my choice, the breakfast is fabulous! The Ambassador Hotel is certainly excellent value. The Internet can be very slow.

The room was well renovated, clean and tidy . In addition, the house keeping was efficient and professional. I like the comfort of the room and not forget to mention the wide spread for breakfast is definitely a phenomena for such a budget hotel. I want to bring up a serious concern on the staff at reception. I was shouted by one of the female staff on 18 July 2011. She insult me by pretending she couldn't understand my English and refuse to communicate with me.I felt that non-German customers are not being welcomed. This is definitely a racist behavior. I was seriously offended by this staff and I would like to hear some explanation from the hotel about this.

We liked very much breakfast. It is very big and amazing for hotel like that. The room was very good too. The location is good, in three minutes from main train station and in 10 minutes from the centure of the city! We like this hotel very much!

The break fast, the location and staff was just too good No lock in the washroom and when asked they said that none of the washrooms have a lock. We faced some problem in locating the hotel as the name of the hotel is not visable and also the name has been changed to All Seasons. However once we foud out the location everthing else was smooth.

Nice hotel, very clean and had everything we needed. Fabulous breakfast! It was a little farther from the shopping district that I had anticipated. We didn;t have much time so we didn't bother walking there.

good location, closing to station, staff is friend and room is clean room is so small, I booked a trip room, but I found the room is double room and adding an extra bed provisional so that the room is so small that no more space for us to put luggage, even no more space to stand up!!!

I was pleasantly surprised! I knew the hotel was on a street which runs through the Red Light District, but found the hotel on the edge and removed from the worst of the district. The train station is truly minutes away. And the foot-bridge to the museums is right down the street. The cleanliness and breakfast make it an excellent value! I will stay here again. The Internet was painfully slow. I was forced to use my mobile Vodafone account or slit my own wrists.

It is very close to the main station, therefore the transportation is quite convenient. The staff in this hotel was so nice even when you ask for service in the midnight, the environment and the decoration in the bathroom was also nice. There is no free parking place in the day time.
