Personeel was uitermate vriendelijk Waardeloze kamer voor 140 EUR. Werkelijk buitensporig verouders, luchtuitvoer van Kebeb zaak (stank in de kamer), zeer verouderd, niets werkte zoals het hoort. |

lekker Dichtbij Centraal Station. Goed ontvangst en lekker ontbijt voor weinig geld. qua kamerinrichting was deze erg jaren '70. tappijt en hout tegen de wanden |

Breakfast was always charming and the reception staff were polite and curtious. I would appreciate tea and coffee making facilities available in the room as walking to the reception was often not appropriate. |

The room was clean and well-decorated. Toilet and sink in the bathroom were very close together, which might be difficult for large people. The elevator was quite noisy. |

The Manager was very polite and helpful.The room was very clean.The hotel is easy to get too from the main train station. Could not find anything wrong during my stay this time. |

breakfast OK ma not something special... staff unfriendly, hotel located in a zone with many red lights houses so after a certain time you could see many things(also dangerous). too noisy area,problem with the internet connection.Service staff entered the room without knocking the door! |

Conveniently located hotel a couple of minutes' walk from the main train station. Good value for around €60 per night including breakfast from booking.com, but I would be reluctant to pay much more than that. |

The room is clean and breakfast is also good. Location is near the train station. The room is noise at night. That would be better if customer can select the room type face the street or not. |

Typical German breakfast had a good variety of meats, cheeses, and breads. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. Street noise was so bad all night long that I got very little sleep. Even with the windows shut tight. The lift door opened to stairs which defeats the purpose of having a lift After taking the lift to the 4th floor I still had to negotiate a flight of stairs to get to my room. Very bad design. |
