the pay tv is moneytrick. On the tv it says after 1 minute it will be charged, however all hotels have special remote controls to confirm the pay tv using, but I payed 2 days pay tv as I have never watched it..

Céntrico, parada de metro en la esquina del hotel,parada de taxi enfrente, personal atento, buffet de desayuno justito pero de buena calidad, el colchon de la cama muy confortable. Repetiría. En las habitaciones que dan a Barbararossaplatz puede llegar a molestar el ruido del tranvía a partir de las 6:00 am.

Uns Hat leider garn nicht gefallen das im Internet ein komptlett renoviertes Hotel zu sehen war , dieses hatte leider mit dem Zimmer das wir notgedrungen dann beziehen mussten nichts zu tun gehabt

Die Lage ist klasse, mitten in der City, trotzdem ist es in den Zimmern schön leise. Alles schon etwas älter und in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück für 11 € war viel zu wenig angebot und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (wir waren zu Messezeit da) nicht gerechtferigt!!

Месторасположение, чисто Плохая вытяжка, с утра в номере сильный запах кухни, хотя проживали на 5 этаже, в ночь с субботы на воскресенье до 6.00 неподалеку технодискотека, шум не очень сильный, но все равно мешает полноценно отдыхать. Кроме этого впервые попадаю в трехзвездочный отель без холодильника , может быть это и нормально?

Hôtel calme et bien situé pour visiter la ville, et profiter des marchés de Noël. Très bon accueil, le personnel est super sympa et fait l'effort de parler un peu français merci. Petit déjeuner très copieux, varié et excellent. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel et vous le recommandons.

Ontbijt is super! Ontvangst is goed en je kan je auto goed kwijt! Met de tram ben je in "no-time"overal in een paar minuten en met een wandeling door de mooie buurten van Keulen ben je in 15 minuutjes ook in down-town Keulen. Ikea bedden zien er een beetje goedkoop uit, verder niets bijzonders, maar meer dan in orde!

zentrale Lage gebuchtes Nichtraucherzimmer stand in gewünschter Kategorie nicht zur Verfügung. Angeboten wurde bei Ankunft im Hotel um 22:00 Uhr abend ein Nichtrauerzimmer zu einem höheres Preis. Erst massives Intervenieren führte dazu, dass ein Nichtrauerzimmer zum gebuchten Preis zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

Está bien para fin de semana. Aunque está un poco lejos del centro pero tiene buenas combinaciones de tranvía y metro , tambien se puede llegar paseando.Es una zona muy animada de gente de Colonia ,no hay mucho turista.

Der Service hat uns nicht gefallen. Beispielsweise baten wir um ein 2. Kopfkissen und haben es trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht bekommen. Das Bad entsprach nicht einem durchschnittlichen Standard. Es war so eng, dass man kaum die Toilette benutzen konnte.
