Very good breakfast with variety of choices. You had to pay 5,5 Euro/day for internet connection, what is even ok, but in this case connection speed should be much faster. Only one english tv channel out of maybe 20 germans.

Location close to large shopping complex WiFi was not working for the whole time we were there, about 18 hrs. I find it incredible that in this day and age a service contract cannot be enforced within 24 hrs

Very good location, good breakfast. Very good restaurant. Excellent food. Good hotel for an overnight stop/business trip, however, it does not feel like four stars. The restaurant does not serve its regular menu on weekends.

the breakfast, quiet location, nearby shopping mall, easy to find off the motorway. Lack of atmosphere, outside area needed cleaning, no food served on bank holidays, distance from city centre, bar closed early most nights before 10 pm.

очень хороший отель, понравилось все! персонал - добродушный, внимательный, номера комфортные и чистые, хорошая кухня, рум-сервис! а от завтраков мы в восторге!!! рядом расположен огромный шопинг-центр! великолепно!

Bin nur enttäuscht. Kein frisches Frühstück Betten waren nicht bezogen Ewige Diskussionen mit den Service. Gang keine Bewegungsmelder/ Schalter Gang nicht beleuchtet.

Frühstück war gut, Hotel insgesamt auch gut Das Hotel verkauft bewusst Raucherzimmer, obwohl Nichtraucher gebucht war. Leider habe ich beim einchecken mitbekommen, wie sich 2 weitere Gäste übere dieses Problem beschwerten. Lt. Aussage der Rezeption hat das Hotel nicht genügend Nichtraucherzimmer. Als Gast und Nichtraucher empfinde ich es als unzumutbar in einem Raucherzimmer zu übernachten. Ich werde das Hotel aus diesem Grund nie wieder buchen. Weiterhin finde ich es für ein 4 Sterne Hotel peinlich, dass im Zimmer die Heizung abgedreht wurde und es eiskalt war. In den Wintermonaten muss ein warmes Zimmer zum Standard gehören.

Chemnitz liegt zentral zu den etwa gleich entfernten Städten Dresden und Leizig und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren in das Erzgebirge. Die Lage des Hotels, in unmittelbarer Nähe von Autobahn und Bundesstrasse, macht es für Städtereisende ideal.

хороше розташування, недалеко від автостради. Чистий комфортний готель з безплатною стоянкою. Хороший сніданок. слід у вартість включити інтернет. Не личить готелю з 4 зірками мати окремо платний інтернет по 5 евро ! Це зараз стільки не коштує
