To be totally honest, I did not expect to have the level of service from this hotel when I first made the reservation. I originally chose this hotel for the location and price but, the room was perfect, wifi was available throughout the hote and the food at dinner was spectacular and not expensive. Breakfast was also fantastic. |

The entire staff was gracious, welcoming and most helpful. Our accomodations were clean, comfortable and easily reached. Our stay was excellent. |

Ich war anlässlich einer Weiterbildung nur 1 Nacht bei Ihnen, so dass eine umfassende Beurteilung schwer ist. Für Tagungszwecke ist dieses Hotel aber gut geeignet. Zur Umgebung kann ich keine Aussage treffen, auch habe ich den Wellnessbereich nicht benutzt. Das eingeschränkte Essen am 18.11. war gut, ebenso das Frühstück, sowie Mittagsmenü. |

de algehele sfeer in het hotel was rustig en ontspannen; de inrichting van de kamer was niet alleen functioneel, maar ook gezellig. De maaltijden (ontbijtbuffet en diner) waren prima verzorgd en van goede kwaliteit. De keuzemogelijkheid voor een kleine portie bij het diner vond ik een prima idee! De bediening was erg prettig en het personeel gastvrij. I.v.m. mijn werkzaamheden (lid van het orkest) kon ik na afloop van het concert niet meer met de bus terug naar het hotel. |

Die Freundlichkeit,die Sauberkeit, die sehr schönen Zimmer und das absolut gute Frühstücksbuffett. Das es Sonntags kein komplettes warmes Küchenangbot gibt. Aber das ist wahrscheinlich in Tagungshotels so üblich. |

Nowoczesny i wygodny hotel. Miła obsługa, Bardzo dobre śniadania. Duży bezpłatny parking. Bardzo dobre miejsce na krótką przerwę w podróży Hotel jest położony z dala od miasta. Trudno dojechać do centurm. Z drugiej strony Chemnitz to nie jest najpiękniejsze miasto na świecie. |

Dogodny bezpłatny parking, przestronny pokój, dostep do internetu relatywnie niedrogi, dobre sniadanie, przyjemna restauracja hotelowa, cicho w nocy - mozna się wyspac. Pokoj wyposazony w ekspres do kawy - niestety, nie dzialal prawidlowo, rozchlapywal wode; nie dzialala tez suszarka do wlosow. |

Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir kein zusätzliches Bett gebucht haben, wurde uns ohne Aufpreis ein Zimmer mit einem Zustellbett für unser Kind angeboten. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, aber zu dem günstigen Preis kann man das verzeihen.. |

We hadden 2 kinderen en een hond bij ons en dit konden we niet duidelijk vermelden bij het reserveren, Dit is direct uitstekend door de receptie opgelost door een extra bed erbij te zetten. |
