Breakfast was great. Excelent location.

Internet cost a fortune. It is hard to understand in year 2011 while in many worldwide city wireless is free provided almost in any place, to ask for such much money in Germany. At the arrival I was informed that room safety box is not operating for the weekend. They did not fixed until my check out in Tuesday. It was unbelievable for a four stars hotel, the bed linen was spoiled with some holes. Front desk people smiling sometime, uselles all the time. I had ask for double bed and I get two small single bed attached.

I will not return to the Rivoli hotel. I was there on a business trip for 6 days and the internet in the hotel never worked, except over my last night, still with interruptions here and there. It's been a very frustrating situation and the staff was just not able to assist in any way, or not aware of what the issue was. On a business trip an internet connection is a must, and I just couldn't work at all from my room or the hotel. Apart from that, room and hotel itself were fine, location is convenient. But this lack of reliabilty of the internet will make me look elsewhere for my next stay in Munich.

Everything has been correct. The room and bathroom were quite spacious. Breakfast was fine, not of the standards of a 4 star hotel but ok. Room and bathroom were very clean and proper. Very close to public transport. Close to shops. Receptionists (both morning and evening) were very polite.

We got 1 room at the 5th floor and although we noticed the traffic from the street it did not bother us, but there are people who are very sensitive to it so if you are one of those, request one of the rooms with a view to the patio. On the other side, there were no noises at all from other rooms. Also, if you are reserving a parking space in the garage, prior to your arrival, inform yourself properly about how to reach the entrance to it (afterwards you can get to the lobby from the garage).

Breakfast was very good, big choice and everything fresh!

Instead of non-smoking room that was mentioned in the booking form, we received the smoking one. The smell was terrible and we had to handle it till the end of our stay as there were no available rooms. As a compensation for the mistake they offered us free parking but when we arrived at night was quite difficult to find a parking spot and the personnel was not willing to help. Also there is no iron or iron service which for me is must for 4* hotel.

The room and breakfast are very good, better than we expected. It is close to the metro station. The price for the room is relatively lower comparing to the other 4-star hotel.

The safe locker in the room doesn't work. We have to store our valuable things at the reception. The lady there is not very kind.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom, nicely decorated. Comfort bed. Breakfast excellent. Hotel is located 2 min. walk to the Harras U-bahn station. Room has air condition and is soundproof.

There is sliding bathroom door, which provides little privacy. Reception staff during check-in was quite rude.

The bathroom facilities was the only let down for the hotel. There was a lack of toiletries in the room and the bath towels were slightly worn and small size but were clean
