The superior room is a decent size.

The staff does not know the neighborhood. And the neighborhood does not offer a whole lot. It's better for a business traveller.

Very quiet. Good breakfast. Design rooms. Near public transportation.

The staff (especially at breakfast) were very attentive to my family's needs. We have a one year old, and they brought a baby seat without being asked. The crib provided by the hotel was very nice.

The claim of having a Turkish Hamam is mostly false. It's not a traditional turkish bath at all (we've been to Turkey). There is no walk-in/self service. The services are quite expensive, and guests can't even use the sauna for free.

Great staff, very clean and I very good breakfast. Close to the u bahm and a laundry close. Always good when on along trip

Parking was a pain

The breakfast is excellent - wide range and good quality. Staff is very polite and nice. The rooms was clean and cozy. Subway is very close, with good connection to the city center.

There is a lot of noise coming from the street (windows soundproofing is really poor). The drain in the bathtub was not working properly. No slippers.

Clean, close to buses/underground/ breakfast

The location was great for our needs. And the room was very large and comfortable.

The staff did not seem professional. They had lost our reservation and then when we checked out they undercharged us. Having to then call us to correct and charge us a 2nd time.

Actually nothing

The room The room has a nice design and is spacious, the wifi is excellent and also the jacuzzi. Many choices are proposed for the breakfast. We have also appreciated the plates and the prices of the thai restaurant in the lobby (a must).

Excellent location right by harras u bahn station, however it was extremely quiet and no noise issues, excellent free wi-fi. Breakfast buffet was full of choices and freshly made hot food selection. Nicely decorated hotel. I also recommend the hotels Siam restaurant.

There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, however in the lounge there is free tea and coffee.

Bath with gidromassage, breakfast, free wi-fi, metro is near the hotel, 7 minutes to the center of Munich

Very good and friendly staff, very good location close to center and 2 minutes of walk to public transportation, excellent breakfast good quality of food and variety. Clean rooms and a close parking place

Hamam was kind of expensive to experience

nice clean rooms, nice spacious shower, good breakfast in a spacious comfortable room, a variety of newspapers in the morning, a large flat screen TV in the room

the reception desk was not very friendly at check in, some employees argued in front of guests, the coffee was NOT good, a dated Lobby area

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The room has no proper heating. The corner rooms therefore are rather cold in winter. The AC is turned on by slamming the window (some contacts are insecure) - such trick was performed in two different rooms. The internet is slow and hardly accessible from within the rooms.

Breakfast was included and had a good selection. Decor of the room and hardwood floors were very stylish and nice. Hotel was convenient to public transportation connections. Internet was included in the room rate and connections worked well. Wonderful jetted bath tub. Nice clean, crisp sheets and towels.

Location, helpful and professional staff, very good breakfast, good WiFi, well equipped bathroom, comfortable beds.

They have a problem with heating and the staff was unable to repair, so I had to stay in cold for 3 nights

Large room, modern design, huge double bed with very good matrasses. Very quiet. Outstanding breakfast, very helpful personnel. Perfect.

It may not be quite city centre but its close enough to the local transport that it might as well be. The staff were very willing to help and they didn't require prompting. They were also very observant.

The area is pretty isolated and quiet with very little shops for bottled drinks or water.
