It was alot of fun, clean, comfortable, quiet. Very close to the U-ban. Breakfast is amazing!!! The stuff are really nice! It was not in the city center |

It's located near Harras station and good connection to Ubahn! the quality of hotel is also good! The rate of internet is more than high for no reason!, another similar hotels suggest free high speed internet even at your rooms, we experienced it during our stay. The towels are also shabby &tacky (poor quality) |

Convenience to Oktoberfest site (it was only a 15-20 minute walk) and awesome hotel staff (very helpful and responsive to any/all requests). The room was cramped and especially staying on the top floor as the roof pitch made the room that much smaller. |

The room was clean and the staff were very effecient. The location was good for the Messe The fact that I booked a week in advance and when my trip was delayed the charged me no show. If the Hotel was full I can understand, but it was not full so I think you should have been more flexible. Because of this it tanished the whole experience. |

They changed my room immediately when I said I did not like the first one. I also forgot my shaver and the gave me a complimentary set.. I think that there is a huge difference between the rooms facing the road and the ones facing the couartyard in theback. The ones to the back are 10 times nicer and quiet. |

The confort of the rooms, which were recently renovated, the breakfast, the kindness of the staff. The cost of internet (10,00 euros a day). The hotel is a bit far from the centre of the city, but it is very close of a metro station. Near the hotel there are few options of restaurants. |

It was easy to find and the breakfast was good. the staff was nice and polite. curtains didn't work in our room, the whole hotel looks old. And I think the prices per night are too high there |

Great value for your money. We stayed on the fourth floor and the rooms and common areas are very pleasant and clean. Wonderful breakfast. Hotel front desk staff was okay, they could have smiled more. |

A pleasant and comfortable environment with friendly and helpful bi-lingual staff. Great price for the location. The attached "Sushi" restuarant never served sushi. Every time we went they weren't able to serve it cause they didn't have any. |

room was spacious and modern. very close to train/metro station and only a few stops from the centre of town. munich is very easy to get around so well worth staying here and getting public transport into town in 5-10 mins |

the breakfast selection was plentiful, and booking in took no time at all we ate across the road and got given out of date food. a warning about this resturant before hand would have been appreciated. we told your reception and they told us that previous customers experienced the same problem |

In the room we had only one glass for water for two people, the tv set was placed in a huge iron box with a place for padlock - a very strange thing for a modern hotel, the safe-box wasn't working |

breakfast being included... while I may have been slightly dissapointed had I had to pay for it (a few items were missing), make not mistake- the breakfast buffet is nice... its not skimpy at all! The hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating on getting us where we wanted to go. king size bed was comfortable like many of the European beds... however, the bedspread was small and we could have used another set of pillows. I should have asked for these items and I think the staff would have accomodated our request (we didn't get in from a concert until very late- 2 am). |

Cleaner was great! I would say that this hotel is 3 star hotel, not 4 star. Room was "worn", air conditioning didn't work. We didn't get hot water one day. |
