Children and extra beds
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 13 to 17 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast was good and was convenient to Heidelberg I wanted a view of the river and had a view of the road. The advertisement implied that I would have a view of the river. very disappointed. |

Far from downtown. The room was very "simple" although the price was not such. Breakfast.....very simple too ! We hade to pay more than expected when we did the booking for the extra/supplementary bed. |

A really beautiful view of the Neckar. Convenient public transportation to the Alt Stadt and the joys of Heidelberg in a relatively quiet setting. Maid service left a little to be desired, but not bad enough to complain about. |

We were staying at this hotel for one night. There was no really problems; the stuff are very welcome, the room was big and nice with Neckar view. The breakfast was nicely served and very tasty. Next to the hotel there is small private parking. The smoking smelling at the stairs and a bit in the Cafeteria creates discomfort for non-smoking people. |

Hotel völlig i.O. Bushaltestelle nach Heidelberg direkt am Hotel mit guter Anbindung. Zwischen Neckar und Hotel liegt eine stark befahrene Straße. Sehr laut... Schade... |

Perusasiat toimivat hyvin. Tarkoitus oli vain yöpyä hotellissa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Yöpöydällä pölyä, muuten huone oli siisti. Alakerrassa oli tupakansavua, joku henkilö tupakoi sisällä. Saako Saksassa nykyisin tupakoida hotellien sisätiloissa, mikäli ko. huonetta ei ole erikseen määritelty? |
