The view of bay from the window is beautiful. Except this, there is nothing more to tell...

no lift and the reception is on 2nd floor of the building. too small front door, very difficult to find. a bit far from railway station.

Breakfast and staff was very good.

Hotel was centrally located so excellent for Site seeing. Easy to find and within walking distance of most sites. Breakfast was excellent

Hotel located on a very busy strret. No air conditioning and could not open windows because of noise although Fan was supplied. No tea and coffee making facilities. Could do with new pillows

The staff were wonderful, everything exactly as one would expect to find it.

It's near the main station.Easy to go everywhere.Room is nice and big with non-smoking room,good breakfast.

The elevetor is small and abit shake when stoped.It is annoying because my room is near the elevetor i was awake more than 4 times while sleeping because I heard like someone opened my room but actually from the elevator.

Your staffs are very nice. We didn't know the lady's name but we called her "Laugher" because she is very nice and easy to laugh everytime we talk. For other facilities, we really satified your services.

Proximity to the centre and metro, quiet, clean

For this price, everything was perfect

although all locations around central train stations or ports tend to be rough, it can't get too bad in munich. Close to the centre, very convenient. Newly decorated bathroom. Relatively comfortable rooms. Better than average breakfast for this category.

slow elevator

good breakfast-has all the basics bacon,eggs,cereal. It starts the day right and saves time not having to look around for a place to eat.

The hotel was close to the station which was good for airport links and walking distance to town but not the nicest area for families (red light district) The breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. With one exception, the staff were very helpful and friendly

Although our room was clean there was a smell of damp at all times. We left the windows open to try and help it but we were at the front of the hotel which was quite noisy and refused even the possibilty of another room by a very rude member of staff. The hotel is a little dated, especially the stairs up to the bedrooms.
