Huoneeseen mahtuu korkeintaan 1 lisävuode(tta)/vauvansänky(ä)
Kaikki lisävuoteet on mahdollista saada vain pyynnöstä, ja hotellin tulee varmistaa niiden saatavuus.
Lisämukavuuksia ei lasketa suoraan varauksen kokonaishintaan, ja niistä täytyy maksaa erikseen hotellilla.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen: päärautatieasema tien toisella puolella ja ostoskadulle lyhyt matka. Aamiaishuone viihtyisä ja aamiainen runsas. Hotellihuoneessa todella kuuma, vaikka ei edes helteinen sää. Ikkunaa ei öisin voinut pitää auki, koska kadulla oli kova meteli. |

Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Rauhallinen huone vaikka hissin vieressä. Hyvä aamiainen kauniissa aamiaishuoneessa. Sijainti rautatieaseman lähellä oli meille erittäin sopiva. Tähän hintaan vain hyvää sanottavaa. Mitään häiritsevää ei tullut esille. Ilmeisesti oli hiljainen ajankohta ja hotellissa vain vähän asukkaita. |

conveniently located near main train station and subway lines. within walking distance of shopping area with variety of restaurants. staff very helpful and courteous. room small but clean. very good buffet breakfast. room temperature on the cool side (mid-December). |

Very hepful staff, particularly Barbara, assisted with suggestions, including the 2 or 3-day Torino card ,for museums and monuments(Torino has world-class musea-Egyptian and Cinema in town, Castello Rivoli and Reggio Real out of town). Our package included free internet and use of spa. Hotel location is on the edge of Crocetta, a very nice area, 15-20 minute wals from centro, and on the better side of the train station(the area just across from train station is very seedy), Parking worked for us as hotel has 3 free spaces in front. We were please with our stay, especially after seeing location of other hotels with similar price. Breakfast could be better-tends toward prepackaged things. Service was good, tho. |

It was OK with us. The breakfast was good, the attiitude of the staff was excellent, we were satisfied with room cleaning. The hotel is located in a few minutes walk to all means of transportation which is sufficient for those who came for sightseeing. If we happen to come again, we'll be glad to stay there. |

Clean rooms, good breakfast, very good location and very good value for money. One receptionists smoked - as a result the whole lobby and stairwells smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was non-smoking and fine. The same person was rather rude when we asked for information about local restaurants - obviously did not approve of our choice of cuisine and made it very clear!!! |

Very nice staff, nice breakfast. Clear, every day towels were changed even when we did not ask. Ideal location, close to everything. Our windows were inside, there was very silent. Sexshops in the street were minor and silent and did not create any inconvenience No possibility to get hot water for tea/coffee - it is hotel politics. But it was not serious problem |

We really like the location, close to the main train station and within easy walking distance of the old city with many restaurants and beer gardens. They serve a very nice breakfast buffet. They need to update the locks on the hotel room doors. You have to use a key to lock and unlock the door from the inside. That would make egress difficult in an emergency. |

The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good and the people were friendly. They even provided umbrellas for the rain. The room was a bit hot although the fan was good. Ac would be a great addition for the summer months. |

In walking distance from the Karlplatz and other interesting places The street is full with hookers and strip clubs, does feel not very safe, especially at night. Not recommended with Children at all. |

Conveniently located, nice staff, nice breakfast selection, good size room. The room was not air conditioned and therefore, it was hot. They did provide a fan; with that and opening the windows, it was livable. |
