The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful in answering our questions. some times the cleaners will not clean the carpets unless we instruct them. The same applies for the bed sheets as the do not change them unless being asked to change them and depends on the cleaner mood who will service your room |

The reception staff were absolutly fantastic. The room was excellent and the breakfasts were very good. The Hotel location could not have been better. Access from the station onto the road inwhich the Hotel resides is very convenient, just look for the street name on the overhead signs from the underground station. A subway leads you into the actual street and then 25 meters later you are at the Hotel.. It would be really great if coffee making facilities were available in the rooms. |

Friendly staff, good size room, excellent location, very comfortable They had an excellent brakfast buffet, but lacked fresh fruit. Only one English language TV station (CNN Worl news). Otherwise great place! |

L'hotel està molt bé qualitat - preu, està molt a prop del centre i al costat de l'estació central. Les instal·lacions de l'hotel estan molt cuidades. A més hi han 2 recepcionistes que parlen espanyol, i són molt agradables. Que està en un carrer molt proper a l'estació i hi ha molta gent. |

ハウプトバーンホフから至近で、買い物も観光も食事にも抜群に便利でした。部屋は結構広く、掃除も行き届いており清潔でした。エアコンは無く扇風機のみでしたが快適でした。 ベッド、枕が少々柔らかすぎ。 |
