The hotel has a good location and was very comfortable. We were able to see many interesting sites, museums, and restaurants. I made a reservation and needed to change the days but was charged for 5 days, rather than three. I was aware that there was not a refund for canceling reservations, but felt that changing a day was OK. |

The location is very convenient and close to public transportation. The rooms facing the street are noisy due to the car traffic. This is a problem for people who are sensitive to the noise at night. |

For a city trip type of visit, this hotel is centrally located, and yet in very calm street. Monuments of important, such as museums, are in a few minutes walking away. |

An enjoyable stay, the hotel is home-like, cousy, quiet. The location is excellent. All the theatres and museums are within a walking distance. This is the true Berlin! |

The breakfast and tea that were included in the package. And a decent selection for breakfast too! The rooms were comfortable with a decent hairdryer. It would be good to have a spare toilet roll in the bathroom. We nearly ran out on our 2nd night.... |

It was extemely well-placed for all the sights in Mitte and its immediate vicinity contained a number of nice, small bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel everything you would expect at the budget end of the market. |

when the phone in my room didnàt work, i was able to use one of the staff's cell phone as i didn't have one of my own for the trip, unfortunately. and that was very very nice. some of the staff were quite nice, which i greatly appreciated. while a couple needed to warm up more...like a lot. but all in all it was a pleasant experience. |
