Clean rooms with cofffee facilities

The Hotel is very well located, the bedroom was very confortable, good bathroom, and clean. The staff was very friedly.

To arrive in my bedroom I needed to use the lift, pass through some doors and some stairs. A little complicated when you have big lugagges.

Breakfast room too small. you have to wait 10 minutes before to have a seat. Internet too much expensive. Too much expensive for the service offered.

Clean comfortable rooms. Mini bar with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Helpful, english speaking reception staff. Fresh, plentiful continental breakfast. Good location for bars and restaurants.

Make sure you plan your journey if coming from train station - not easy to find on foot until you become familiar with the area.

I was unaware before booking that this was carnival time! It was a pity the fitness area was closed for 2 out of the 5 days I was there. I had looked forward to a daily sauna. However all Cologne was celebrating!!!! A note in advance would have been helpful on the website.

Location, quite close to some great areas of town (Belgium and Latin quarter, near the Cathedral). Friendly staff.

I thought the internet was free but it's T-Mobile (have to sign up and pay). I did not like the decor in the lift (green carpet on walls). The breakfast was ok. Room had loads of space but felt un-cosy as a result. Confusing room numbering with two sets of staircases.

Kamers waren goed, vriendelijk personeel, wij waren vroef bij het ontbijt toen was het nog goed, kwartiertje later was alles op en het personeel had geen tijd om het bij te vullen

voordelige prijs, zeer ruime kamers, goede bedden, gunstige ligging. d.w.z. makkelijk bereikbaar per auto, enkele parkeergarages (tegen redelijk tarief, 15 euro per etmaal) vlakbij gelegen, vanuit hotel veel attracties te voet bereikbaar. kleinschalig hotel met vriendelijk personeel

slapend aan de straatkant hoor je wel wat verkeer.
