Great location and easy access to highway. Nice clean room and good dining in be bistro. Great quality for the price.

Vey warm in the hotel. Windows did not open too much, so not even able to get a breeze in.

Lovely décor. Beautiful bathroom. Room was very comfy. Air conditioning was a bit ineffectual. Always a nice touch to have coffee/tea making facilities in room. Each person got a free beer.

Breakfast was expensive at €19 p.p. as was bistro on site, we did enjoy our meal though. Service was good, as was ambience.

It's great to have a free sauna at the hotel in the cold winter. But you need to go there early or it's fully occupied by other guests.

A bit far away from the city center. But it's very close to the tram station, only take you 10 minute to the city center by tram.

Everything. The price was great value. The room was one of the best that we have stayed in and the location of the hotel was perfect -close enough to the centre of the city for a short travel time but far enough outside it for quiteness. We said during our stay that we would definitely use Ameron Hotels again, when possible, on other trips.

Hotel is very nice and good situated if you want to go to city. It is 10 mins by tram. Rooms are comfortable and parking is in building. Everything was good.

Very convenient location, it takes 10 minutes to go to Keln Messe station (one tram, you don't have to make connections). Nice breakfast, variety of food, drinks and you can even make coffee "to go".

Wi-fi is very expensive, there is no free wi-fi at the lobby, hotel should think about it

The hotel staff were very nice, I arrived early at the hotel around 9am and the room was ready for me. Parking and internet were free; and this is what I need as a business traveller. Definately I will stay in this hotel if I come aging to Cologn

Internet little slow, but managed to buy a mobile data chip for my iphone and that solved the problem

We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel while we were exhibiting at Koln messe. It was very continent by metro (S-bhan) direct to Messe Dutz station. This hotel is up to date in design and features. Hotel staff is AMAZING, extremely helpful. We were given free use of their umbrellas in case of rain, small but well thought of details to make my stay more comfortable. Free internet is provided with wire in the room. Bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel you are OK with taking 10 mins ride to dome koln by tram. only 4 stops down this tram from the hotel towards the city center there is another large shopping area.

Parking was expensive, I booked a 'double room', and would have preferred a proper double bed, rather than two single beds pushed together.

Nice rooms and not too far away from the Cologne messe. Nice and comfortable rooms.

The free wired internet in the room did not work very well, it was extremely slow and thus was a "suggestion" to move the paid wireless alternative. We booked for our company with international divisions 5 rooms and prepaid them all. 1 of our colleagues could not make it for personal reasons but still they agreed (after long negotiation) to compensate with one night reduction of the bill for that room which was booked for 3 nights. And they could resell that room (which they did) easily because the hotel was full. It's a stain on a otherwise really nice and friendly hotel.

Decent size room, friendly service, excellent for business or city break. It's not bang in the centre of cologne but there is a tram stop right by the hotel and it only take a short ride into the centre. Very quiet.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and super-clean. Located beside the tram stop so has easy access to city centre. Alternatively you can walk in about 30 - 40 minutes.

Cost of breakfast extortionate at €18 per person per night, particularly as I struggled to find a seat on one morning as the hotel had virtually been taken over by a very large group. I ended perched on a high bar stool, and ate just a couple of bread rolls. Orange juice had run out and I had difficulty in getting a cup of coffee. Food selection was OK, but not as good as other hotels in Koln I have stayed in where breakfast was included in the room rate. Breakfast at the Ameron Regent cost as much as a very nice evening meal at one of the very many restaurants in the Rudolfplatz a few stops away on the tram.

Excellent hotel, very pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything in the hotel.

Nothing to do in the area, had to catch a tram (2 minute walk) to get into the town (5 minute trip). Really a non issue

Nice hotel, not far from city center, near supermarket.

Poor airconditioning, has to open window to get fresh air, then loud noise from tram and traffic came into our room. But the other room is fine. Try to inform them about this problem but they confirm that it is normal. (But it is not!)

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We received vouchers for free beer at the bar on arrival. We were also luck to get upgraded to a fantastic room on the top floor.
