Good location with nice view opposite Cochem city center and Reichburg castle.Good furniture in room and well equiped bathroom. If you have read in hotel description that this hotel have WI-FI internet in rooms please dont believe it. Wi-Fi is only in few pleaces.For me it was very dissapointing because I choose this hotel only for Wi-Fi internet ability in room. |

the room was very clean. Location of the room could have been better. we don´t have a wiev to the river Mosel. there was Some noise from the upstairs in our room. |

Good location. Cochem is a nice little village. It was a lot of surrounding noise from traffic and other guests. The staff was correct but not friendly and quite uninterested in their guests. That was a big disapointment! |

The magnificant view from the balcony across the river Mosel to the old city and castle was sublime. Also, the breaksfast was a real, full breakfast. And they know that real table linens are elegant and the mark of quality. And the recent renovations to our room were first class, with carefull attention to detail and quality craftmanship. Very clean and bright and new. The staff were very pleasant, but seemed standoffish and hard to converse with (at first I thought it was because I did not speak German, but I found the staff seemed eduated and all spoke good English). The staff did their business (very efficiently), performed whatever funtion was needed, and then went quickly on to their next task without engaging in conversation. |

The location is good and the staff were quite helpful (though speaking German is an advantage). Staffing was minimal, but one simply has to ask. The room was clean and attractive, although the west-facing windows made it quite warm during our visit. Breakfast was ample. The promotional material indicates WLAN internet throughout the hotel. There is WLAN and the staff were glad to provide the password for it, but coverage is very limited to certain areas of the hotel that must be found by trial and error. |

Meget venligt personale, dejligt meget velholdt og rent værelse med en formidabel udsigt til byen, slottet og floden. Hotellet ligger mindre end 5 minutters gang fra selve byen. Parkering på eller tæt ved hotellet. |

Personeel geeft goede uitleg over werking van hotel en is zeer behulpzaam Wij wisten niet dat de kamerprys moest afgerekend worden in het hotel of dat booking.com later mijn rekening zou krediteren. Zoals het nu gegaan is was het prima , zo kan jezonder problemen de dagschotel eten of van de kaart eten ..de prijs betaal je zelf direkt .en je kan kiezen !!!! Ook belangrijk!!! |

Personeel was bijzonder correct en attent; vrij grote porties bij het warme eten, dat ook nog eens goed betaalbaar is, prima klaar gemaakt. ontbijt werd deels aan tafel geserveerd met daarnaast een aantal gerechten zelf af te halen bij het buffet. Men had keurig een parkeerplaats gereserveerd. In tegenstelling tot vorig jaar hadden we nu een kamer aan de achterzijde, waar het uitzicht beduidend minder is. |

Iedere dag schone handdoeken enz. Ontbijt was minimaal en erg aangepast.Weinig keuze.Nog nooit zo slechte ervaring gehad. Badkamer te klein, toillet zat zo in een hoek weggestopt dat je er amper gebruik van kon maken.Water douchebak liep niet weg. |
