Excellent location at a reasonable price. Next to the food market and close to Marienplatz, major sights and shopping.

A lot of noise at night from nearby restaurants. The smallest elevator I have seen, hardly room for one person without luggage.

Clean & comfortable, helpful & friendly staff. Rooms have been refurbished recently, still small but I only use it to sleep. Great location but not noisy.

The check in women was great and helpful. The room was fine.

The elevator was as advertised very small, 1 bag and 1 person. The carpet in room 110 really needs cleaning. It would be nice if they had tea and coffee making ability. On return from a football match I asked for my key to room 110 and the woman on the front desk confuse me with another guest and thought I had stayed 2 nights and when I requested a wake up call she wanted me to pay now. I told her no I would pay at check out in the morning. My credit card was on record so what was the problem? In the morning I checked out without any problem. I'm questioning the exchange rate of $1.3532 and will contact MasterCard.

Location, just a few steps away from the Viktualen Market. Very friendly new receptionist who went out of her way to ensure we were happy.

Expensive in comparison with other cities we visited. Internal renovations took place right outside our room throughout the day so it was noisy and dirty in the corridor.

Felt like walls were made of wallpaper - you could hear everything from everyone always.

Very small and spartan

The location is fantastic. It's right on the Viktulien Markt and you have a dozen or so great restaurants just a few steps away. Charming location and cute from the outside.

The location couldn't have been better. We were interested in touring the City Center and then catching the train to the airport. Perfect place to stay!

Price and location can't be beat. It was clean and served the purpose. One of our rooms (third floor) was nicer than the other (on the second floor).

Didn't receive the 5:30 AM wake up call requested. You could hear noise from the street as expected from any city, but noise from within was more than expected. Because the elevator is so small the staircase is exceptionally noisey with luggage being hauled up and down.

Our group had a wonderful stay. The language was no problem and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very central for walking and finding your way in Prague.

Location right on the food market and two minutes from Marienplatz is outstanding. Our room was tiny and plain, but hotel did have a lift that permitted one skinny person and his/her skinny bag to get to upper floors. Breakfast not included but lots of nearby options including market.

The location was perfect for Christmas Market. Many, many choices for restaurants, shopping, tourist connections, and the pedestrian area was fun to traverse and learn. Would stay there again, no question. Staff was friendly and helpful and really pleasant. Not first class, but very special.

Cobble-lock alley to get to the hotel - awkward if you have an elderly person in the group. Breakfast was miserable for €9. Got a bread-roll and a cup of tea - would have done much better elsewhere.

This was the perfect hotel for our Christmas Market trip. (I went with my husband and another couple). The hotel is newly refurbished and the rooms are clean and comfortable (if on the small side) with lovely new bathrooms. It was really quiet too. It is a traditional building but not at all shabby. There is even a lift if you need it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK - the food was adequate but the service was not so good - we had to keep asking for plates, bowls, bread, eggs etc. But we told the management and he explained that the breakfast staff were new. There is a bar and restaurant attached but we only had a couple of beers there. The best thing about this hotel is its LOCATION - right on the Victualenmarkt and only a few steps from the Marienplatz and the main Christmas market. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Munich.

Only the small problem with the breakfast. The bedrooms are a little small but I think this is just a restriction of the old building. (I don't know if there is any parking - we did not have a car.)

The hotels locaton is amazing - cant get better. We booked a double room and asked to be moved on arrival as the room was tiny and had twin beds. Receptionist very kindly moved us to a comfort room which is a higher rate but makes a huge difference. One we had moved we had everything we needed and had a great stay. bathroom was super and really comfy beds. Decoration basic but you dont spend all day in there and the room was spotless. We would definetly stay again

No kette in rooms to make a tea
