This modern, 3-star Superior hotel in Wesseling enjoys easy access to public transportation to central Cologne and the convention center,the city of Bonn, and the popular Phantasialand theme park in Brühl. Set next to the Rhine River, the Hotel am Rhein offers brightly furnished, rooms with private bathrooms and suites, some of which feature views of the river. From the hotel, you can drive to Bonn and Cologne in about 20 minutes via highway A555, or use the nearby tram, which will take you to either city in about 35 minutes. Stayed in a suite which was fairly big and immaculately clean. Breakfast is great and diverse. Location is good for those who don't need big cities - Rhein river at your doorstep (literally) Was hard to believe that a "suite" in 2013 doesn't have a queen bed - instead only two single beds attached to each other. Also it lacks touch of a designer, a painting, an original piece of furniture or smth. Has an impression of a motel. For EUR100 not sure if this was a good value for money for a small provincial town.

Alles in het Hotel was prima. Heel profesionele medewerker die mijn hele Rhein boot reis heeft geholpen te plannen. Het ontbeid was ook super en het beter dan andere hotels die ik recentelijk hebt bezocht

Wir waren zu einer Veranstaltung im Rheinforum Wesseling und das Hotel steht direkt daneben, so brauchten wir nach der Veranstaltung nicht noch ein Taxi. Frühstück war sehr gut. Und wir hatten glücklicherweise ein Raucherzimmer, hat man ja leider nicht mehr in vielen Hotel´s Essen sollte man in dem Hotel nicht, wir hatten eine TK Pizza und ein TK Flamkuchen und das dann für teures Geld :(

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut spitze. Sehr großer, überwachter Parkplatz und eingezäunt dazu.Gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Großes Zimmer mit herrlich großem Bad, endlich mal eine Dusche mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck Die Matratzen waren einfach zu weich.

De kamer was modern en netjes voor de prijs die je betaald. in Wesseling is niks te beleven. het ligt ongeveer 20 minuten van het centrum van Keulen af en dit is toch net te lang om een paar dagen te verblijven om Keulen te geheel te bekijken.

Mooie kamer, netjes. Badkamer wat aan de kleine kant en enkel met douche. Vriendelijk personeel. Parking nabij. Uitzicht op de rivier. Verzorgd en volledig ontbijt. Hotel is aanrader prijs- kwaliteit. Het ligt wel nabij/ tussen zware industrie.

Die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze , kostenfreie sind auf akzeptablem Wege nicht zu erreichen , wenn dann sollte man die Parkplatzgebühr evtl. im Zimmerpreis mit kalkulieren - kostenfreies parken zieht doch immer . MfG
