Very central. Breakfasts good. Very slow at clearing dirty tables some mornings. The room only had a shower and no face cloths.There were no tea or coffee making facilities. Although good we did not think it merited a four star rating. |

breakfast is good; the hotel location is good and near to the most sightseeing points. The room is clean and large. Internet access is not convinient. It cost too much for a short stay in Germany. |

The position is excellent for access to city centre and tram system, the room was clean & comfortable, and the breakfast was very good Lack of air conditioning would be a problem in hot weather and traffic noise on the side with city view makes an open window a problem at night. Both these facts were mentioned in other reviews. |

Nice big, clean , newly renovated room and bathroom. Good breakfast options No ice-machine. No room service. No porter service for luggage. Not much information about city tours. Walk further to city center than expected from web write-up. |

Central location to both public transport and main attractions, as well as the view. Excellent hotel bar and breakfast buffet. Lack of free WLAN, particularly given the price of the rooms. Also, the rooms have no air conditioning, making for rather warm nights. |
