Очень хорошее расположение, близко к центру города. Удобная парковка. Разнообразный завтрак, ресторан с белыми накрахмаленными скатертями. Хорошее обслуживание официантами. 8 евро час беспроводного интернета - очень дорого. |

Удобное место расположения, рядом с историческим центром. Комфортабельный , большой номер.Прекрасный завтрак. Хотелось бы , чтобы в номере был чайник , а в ванной комнате -шапочка для душа и шампунь. К недостаткам можно отнести и место расположения. Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно идти под мостом, который освещен достаточно слабо . |

We got a room in the 12th floor with the most beautiful view to the whole city and to the river. Everything is perfect: the staff, the room, the lounge, the breakfast. I made a reservation with 4 months in advance and the price of 99 euros per night was the best cost x benefit I got ever ! It is not near the train station but you just take a tram. There's a stop almost in front of the Hotel. |

The polite friendly staff. I had just one evening meal in the hotel abnd it was best value for money. Very comfortable room, though not quite the view of the river expected - it was pretty stunning from other , corridor windows |

The hotel was located right at the Elbe river and within easy walking distance of all the important sights, especially the Gruene Gewoelbe, Zwinger, and Semperoper. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. |

The location is close to the city centre and the view from my room was simply stunning! Although I was on the tenth floor (at my request) the high speed lift meant one could reach ground level in a fews seconds. The service at breakfast was good but in the restaurant in the evening it was poor and one had to wait an eternity to be served. I would have marked my score much lower because of this but as I had only booked bed and breakfast it would be rather churlish of me to do so. |

Very convenient location. In the old town, close to public transportation It is a hotel used by the tours. Also it is sometimes difficult to find a table for breakfast over the weekends |

It was within walking distance of the city centre, I had transferred from the Hilton where my company had put me for meeting at our Factory in Dresden and moved hotels to Terrasenufer as I was paying for my weekend leisure stay. The shower room was a bit dated, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, the TV was older and a bit far from the bed. My main unhappiness was that when I went to pay my bill my Visa debit card was not accepted, I then asked if I could check my Bank account on the internet as I was worried in case something was amiss but I had 3.5K pounds in there, and they said that I could not transfer money. They were disparaging by saying if my card was not accepted I would not be able to draw cash out, but in fact I walked to the Hilton (about 10 minutes away) and drew out the cash to pay. This incident made me feel like I was a bad paying customer, when in fact I was not and because of this would be unlikely to stay there again. |

The room was large, modern, well-appointed, with large windows, very nice, new bathroom. Breakfast was generous and very good. One elevator was out-of-order which made for very long waits for the one working elevator.The alternative was, of course, the stairs. For people on the 10th floor it was a very long climb. Even for the 5th floor it was difficult. |

Wonderful large, clean rooms with great amenities; good beds, spectacular views (if you are high up- aldstadt side is even better), professional staff, fantastic breakfast selection. Excellent value; stayed a third night partly because of the hotel. Actually rates 4 stars! |

Within safe walking distance of all the old city sights and truely one of the best operas in the world I thought the prices of the hotel were a bit pricey--we have been to dresden many times with better prices but this particular weekend booking had a special discounted offer. |

The close proximity to the centre of Dresden and the view across the Elbe. There was no hotel parking, only a public pay and display across the road. When we arrived we had no change to put in the meter so went across to get some while checking in. When we returned to the car 5 minutes later we had already got a parking ticket. We were not very happy! |

Excellent location on river less than 10 mins walk to heart of Dresden old city locations and river tour departures Room very good has bar fridge.Easy accesshotel parking at euro 6.00 per day. All htel staff very helpful in english. As with all 4 hotels in past week' not well set up for hot weather (26 degrees C plus) 'Only a small floor fan in room.Had to pay for internet access (WiFi) |
