The hotel very kindly gave a complimentary bottle of wine for my partner for his birthday then dressed a table in the restaurant with hearts and a candle. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. |

Professioneel hotel. Gebruik van het Thermaal bad is inbegrepen. Ontbijten is een goed begin van de dag in dit hotel. Kamer is klein naar maatstaven anno 2009. Badkamer is te klein. Niet comfortabel. Kamer op de begane grond is te donker / somber. (Door bomen) |

Posizione dell'hotel rispetto a Friburgo, la città dista solo 7 km! L'hotel è situato in mezzo al verde offre pertanto silenzio e relax totale. Ottima la colazione. La struttura termale, coperta e scoperta, è collegata da un corridoio interno! Tutto perfetto L'unica nota negativa l'ingresso alle terme: il biglietto permette un solo ingresso... pertanto qualora si decidesse di tornare in camera, il secondo ingresso è a pagamento!!! Dovrebbero fornire agli ospiti un pass per il periodo di soggiorno, sarebbe molto più comodo e conveniente! |

Mooi hotel met schone kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Er is een ondergrondse gang naar het Keidel mineraalbad waar je iedere dag gebruik van kunt maken, echt een aanrader. Er is geen airconditioning op de kamers, het kan op warme dagen dus zeer warm worden op de kamer. |

Ruhige Lage, Zugang zur Therme, gutes Restaurant, freundlicher Service Die Betten sind ein Unding! Zwei Einzelbetten, die sich bei der kleinsten Bewegung auseinanderscheben sind indiskutabel. Abhilfe würden bereits zwei Metallbügel schaffen, mit denen die Betten bei Bedarf am Kopf- und Fußende miteinander verbunden werden könnten. |

Ein schönes Ambiente gepaart mit zuvorkommendem und hilfsbereitem Personal, eine ausgezeichneten Restauration/Küche, sowie eine gute Erreichbarkeit der Stadt Freiburg. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. |

Das Hotel hat eine sehr ruhige Lage südöstlich von Freiburg. Es bietet ein Komplettprogramm im Wellness-Bereich und ist besonders sauber. Auch die direkt angeschlossenen Thermen laden zum Bad nach dem Fitness-Programm ein ;-). |
