Good all around. Good food but avoid the Gazpatcho.

Currently it is a construction site, but when done it should be very nice. The Gazpatcho soup was a joke, tomato juice with fizz!

the breakfast is really good ! and the direct access to the nearby Spa

the room is too expensive without any reason. Many hotels have as nice or nicer room at a more fair price. No in house pool or sauna and discount to the nearby Spa is ridiculous.

There was a mistake in my booking but the staff was very helpful to amend it.

Not too close to the city center facilities

Loved the luxary of this hotel. Lovely facilities- thermal pool (extra cost) was the best ever. Lovely breakfast (extra).

Extra cost for everything- Internet, pool, breakfast.

The Spa baths were fantastic. The hotel was clean and quiet. Free car parking. Bath robe. There is a bus that takes you to a tram that takes you to the centre of Frieburg which is not expensive.

The restraunt was quite formal and the servettes were starched!! The food was quite expensive and unless you went out into Frieburg some 9 kilometre away,the only other place to eat was in the Spa its self. The WIFI was expensive to use.

this is an excellent hotel! we all like it very much, it's in the forest,biking in the forest made us feel very well!

The room we had was excellent, with very modern and comfortable furnishings. The bed was firm and lent to a very good night's sleep. They had upgraded us from the standard room for free. The restaurant was fantastic, I would highly recommend it, the best meal I've ever had at a hotel and the staff couldn't have been more polite.

The only gripe was having to pay for wifi, however they also offer a free terminal in the foyer to use for browsing and email, so that was perfect for our needs. The duvet and pillows could have been better. The pillow was rather flat and the duvet difficult to use as it didn't hold it's shape (because it had down in it??).

Very nice thermal bath, not too crowded. The food at the restaurant was great.

They forgot to supply shower gel and shampoo. The receptionist at checkout was unfriendly.

The hotel had several woodland walks and cycle paths directly accessible

The hotel was situated in a strange environment surrounded by clinics and rehabilitation centres. It did not have any character and was not really a 'holiday' hotel. The room also was very hot and the window would only open a little bit, no air conditioning.

Decor was unimaginative and dated. Very beige as one of our group described it! Lack of air conditioning was disappointing

Kamer was buitengewoon slim ingericht. Prima gedaan.

Het hotel was nog niet klaar. Restaurant en Bar waren geimproviseerd en dat was merkbaar.

Een zeer goed hotel personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

de slaapkamer is de badkamer erg klein je kan niet recht op staan als je wilt douchen en de wc is erg krap.

Schöne, saubere, ruhige Zimmer; sehr netter Empfang; wunderbares Essen; Nähe zu den Thermen.

Der Preis für das Morgenessen für die Kinder ist etwas happig. Unsere Kleine isst morgens wie ein Vögelchen.... leider war da gar nichts auszuhandeln; wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen.

- Nähe zu den Thermen, - dort reduzierter Eintritt, - sehr guter Fitness-bereich.

Ambiente durch Umbaumaßnahmen beeinträchtigt, diese waren jedoch auch fairerweise angekündigt.

Laute, sehr präsente Baustelle; Lobby und Frühstücksraum provisorisch, laden nicht zum Aufenthalt ein; Im Moment überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen

J'ai adoré la cuisine proposée par le resto et la gentilesse du personnel de l'hôtel.

Un des peignoir pour la piscine était dans un état que sa seule place était dans la poubelle, mais juste un détail par raport au reste.

De tudo . Já me hospedei no hotel algumas vezes e para o que se propõe é excelente . Destaque para a comida e as termas .

Da obra de remodelacao que que continua em curso no hotel.
