A nice modern hotel with architecture which is as young as when built some 40 years ago.

Internet free in lobby, but must pay to get internet in the room!

The beds were to hard. Duvet and pillow were of poor quality

The room was very comfortable and clean

I stayed at the hotel as my daughter is based in Augsburg at the moment and it is situated near her flat. The staff were not always visible in the evening and when they were (during the day), they were quite aloof. Not that friendly or amenable, sadly.

Choccies by the bed were nice, my son was delighted. And a good choice of food at breakfast.

View from balcony was grim, just the roadside and ugly carpark but don't know how this can be improved!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The building itself is really impressive and unusual and I was lucky to have a room overlooking the park. The staff were excellent, spoke really good English and were very well informed. I was staying here for a conference at Messe Augsburg, which is about 15 minutes away, but I was glad that I chose to stay in town. There are loads of really nice bars in the old quarter, which is about 15 minutes in foot.

Parking was easy. Staff was very nice. View was great...liked the balcony.

It was a little further away from the sites than advertised. More like a 20 minute walk than a 10 minute walk. I was a little surprised by the Marina Bay architecture...guess I didn't look carefully enough at the hotel description.

Noise levels were high due to relatively old building and poor noise insulation.

A fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities. Breakfast was amazing and great value for money.

Wi fi could be free in rooms, just a minor issue as free in lobby.

Close proximity to the public transportation system

Had some difficulty with directions as given by hotel staff with regard to the public transportation system.

Garage and internet-access should not be extra anymore. Exspecially garage is very expensive (18€)

The hotel is a modern very well run business hotel but is ideally suited to leisure travelers as well due to the value for money. The hotel staff all speak excellent English and could not be faulted on their customer service. The rooms are bright and spacious and everything works. Despite the size of the hotel the manager could be seen regularly personally interacting with guests. It is easily possible to walk to and from the railway station. The walk to the old town centre is 15 minutes.

The hotel still charges for the wi-fi lobby access.

Wellness/ Fitness nicht im Hotelpreis enthalten - in den meisten Hotels inkludiert. Internet kostenpflichtig für 15 Euro für 24 Std. ist überzogen und von vielen Hotelgästen bereits bemängelt, wie ich von der Rezeption erfahren habe. Scheint offensichtlich vom Management ignoriert zu werden...

Tolle Lage direkt am Park und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Gute Zimmergrundriss mit schönem Balkon. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit schönem Parkblick.

жили в номере категории "премьер". в каждом номере шикарный балкон с которого открывается шикарный вид на город.рядом парк по ощущениям очень большой.

отель заявлен в категории 4 звезды-завтрак не соответствует даже трем(хотя предлагают на завтрак игристое белое вино(шампанское)из овощей например только помидоры чери и тертая морковь..персонал нельзя назвать недружелюбным но и доброжелательным тоже не назовешь.
