The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly. The location gives you the perfect oportunity to visit most of the Augsburg's turistinc attractions. |

It`s OK , but...... It was very annoying to wait a long time at reception, in the morning, to get out of parking ticket because ,at the same office, there were customers who were check-out. |

Dorint hotel was very comfortable and clean. Extra bed had been prepared in our room as requested Breakfast was excellent with hot food cooked to order. Overall very good value for money. Would recommend this hotel Was a little far from the town to easily walk there. We ate in the hotel which was fine (burgers and fries from the bar menu) |

big confortable and nice room ,excellent staff and service,big balcony.very near transport to the old city .grate breakfast (not included in the room rate ,cost 16 ero per person), free parking near the hotel |

Great view at balcony Actually I've tried several times to call the room service but the line of their department was busy for a long time. Also, some of cigarette ends were not taken away at the balcony. Neverthless I'll choose this hotel again because most of other things were quite superior on the whole. |

comfort was quite good I was charged 115 Euros for the room but my internet reservation was 99 Euros. As I was in a hurry I did not double-check the amount when leaving. As a result I paid 16 Euros in excess, 16% more than promised. |

Rooms are very comfortable, all equipped with balcony The wireless connection in the room was really bad and the TV-set is way past its due date... Also, neither of the available TV-channels showed Champions League football |

Nahe zum Zentrum. Ruhige Umgebung, sehr wichtig. Parkhaus, miserabler Zustand. Schön wäre es trocken in das Parkhaus zu gelangen. |
