Położenie wygodne ze względu na bliskość Starego Miasta, no i otaczający park. Nie ma się wrażenia, że jest się w mieście! Bardzo miła i szybka obsługa! W kwestii czystości, to do pokoju nie można mieć zastrzeżeń - czysto, ale balkony pokryte ptasimi odchodami nie czynią miłego wrażenia. Coś należałoby z tym zrobić. |

big confortable and nice room ,excellent staff and service,big balcony.very near transport to the old city .grate breakfast (not included in the room rate ,cost 16 ero per person), free parking near the hotel |

Great view at balcony Actually I've tried several times to call the room service but the line of their department was busy for a long time. Also, some of cigarette ends were not taken away at the balcony. Neverthless I'll choose this hotel again because most of other things were quite superior on the whole. |

comfort was quite good I was charged 115 Euros for the room but my internet reservation was 99 Euros. As I was in a hurry I did not double-check the amount when leaving. As a result I paid 16 Euros in excess, 16% more than promised. |

Rooms are very comfortable, all equipped with balcony The wireless connection in the room was really bad and the TV-set is way past its due date... Also, neither of the available TV-channels showed Champions League football |

Perfect view if you pick up room at higher floor facing the park. Don't take rooms on the 3rd floor - problems with conditioning/heating. |

The interior design and decoration of the room and certainly the view of the City of Augsburg from the balcony of my room in the 9th floor. When I asked for two separate bills one of which would go on my employer's account and the other payable from my own pocket, the staff of the reception desk was very helpful and attentive in issueing both bills. International phone calls from your room are excessively costly. So be careful and think twice before you dial any number outside Germany. The thing is that the computerized phone call tracking system of the hotel does not tell you how many minutes you have actually talked. It only reveals the phone number dialed, when it was dialed, and how much charge is applicable to it. |

Excellent hotel, good facilities. Due to unavailability of the room as reserved, a free upgrade was made to one of the superior rooms on the top floor. Restaurant is OK, waiting time is however too long. Pricing of drinks (EUR 9,- for a glass of ordinary house wine) is over the top and not value for money. |
