I think this hotel does NOT meet 4 Star standards. I ask for the diploma that showed that they are a 4 Star Hotel and they told me they didn't have that! !?!?!?

Clean, room was nice, with flat screen tv, great location, right off the Platzl.

Wifi is not free. I had a room on the street side, and there were loud people in the streets at night. On my last stay to the hotel, I was across the street in the annex, with a room to the back, and it was a much nicer room and very quiet

Really bad hotel and not at all worth for the money. Should get a much better hotel for the money. To be honest, I even started doubting booking.com after staying in this hotel.

This "four stars hotel" is not the hotel at all but hostel. This is devastated house. As hostel could be fine, but then the price over than 220,- eur for night is not acceptable. The photos of the hotel does not show reality. The staff of the hotel was unfriendly-just pure ridicule.

complimentary soaps, shower gel etc. the quality is very poor and not enough for two. No complimentary bottled water and no spare pillows to be seen. My husband disliked the fact that yo uhad to walk across the street from the suite to the hotel for the restaurant and/or reception etc.

We really appreciated the location. It was a couple minute walk to the Hof Brau Haus and Marienplatz. We parked our car at the Hofbrauhaus parking lot... which was also very convenient. The rooms were exactly what we expected. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

If you are not use to traveling in Europe, one thing you need to account for noise. If your room is facing the main street, then it is probable that you will hear some late nighters walking down your street. This hotel was no different, but as it was winter time and the windows were closed... this was no problem. Nevertheless... I would recommend this hotel if you want a great place to launch your city tours from.

Our room was small, the bed was only 140 cm wide. The lobby is also very small and not really decorated. The room was on the street and people at night are noisy in this street.
