Central location in quiet street close to the cathedral, old town centre, museums, main railway station and the river Rhine. Clean and friendly with a superb breakfast display and choices.

All staff are very professional, friendly, and take care of all your hotel needs - all you do is ask. Everyone speaks english and helpful.

Avoid first floor suite 101 on weekend nights as the bar at ground level is too loud.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, cheap, comfortable and most importantly immaculatly clean. Would stay there again

staff language skills were sometimes an issue noise from the next door bar until about 11pm, this did stop after however and was silent. no air conditioning

If you want to sleep long don't forget that the cathedral is near and the sound of it will be loud very early.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the Dom and the Rhine are a couple of minutes away, as well as the main shopping streets. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfasts are rather ascetic, so don't have too big expectations. The room I stayed in was really small. Really-really small. Not that I mind, just so you would be prepared.

Breakfast was beyond expectations! Located very well in der Altstadt! Short walk from Hauptbahnhof.

Ideally situated for travel by train, visiting the main sights, finding restaurants and enjoying the Christmas markets. Very good value, quiet and welcoming. Our rooms were all spacious, warm, comfortable and nicely decorated (and 107 had a fantastic bathroom). And an excellent breakfast!

The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and amenities. The location was perfect, only a few steps away from the Rhein river, the Gothic cathedral and shopping. It is also very close to the train station so one does not have to drag their luggage very far. The hotel is located in a very safe area. In addition, the breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and probably the best one we have had during our travels.

A wonderful hotel in the very best location possible. You can walk to everything in Koln with the exception of the sky ride, the zoo and the gardens which are easily reached by tram. Actually if you are young and energetic you could walk their and go across on the sky ride. On the return trip walk down the other side of the river and take the lock bridge back across at the train station. The staff and the breakfast people are very very accomodating. This is the place to stay in Koln!!!!!!!!

Schlechte Qualität der Dusche. Wasser konnte man nur kalt bis lauwarm einstellen. War nicht möglich zu duschen!!!

местоположение просто идеальное. в старом городе, рядом с главным собором и главным вокзалом, откуда можно за несколько минут добраться до аэропорта. в двух шагах от отеля - набережная с огромным количеством ресторанов. отель очень красивый, в старом здании, но со свежим ремонтом. просторные номера. даже в стандартном номере - два санузла! (1: душ + туалет, 2: раковина + туалет). завтрак не дорогой, но очень вкусный: большой выбор сосисок-колбасок-ветчины, очень много свежих фруктов, сухие завтраки, молочные продукты, свежевыжатый сок и т.д. персонал отеля очень заботливый. в нашем номере было слышно музыку из соседнего ресторана, поэтому мы спросили о возможности переехать в номер с окнами на другую сторону. нас переселили в более дорогой двухкомнатный junior suite без какой-либо доплаты. да, заселили в отель нас сразу по приезду - за 2 часа до официального времени заселения. причем даже паспорт не спросили - сказали, что как раз ждут нас. в целом, отель выше всяких похвал. в следующий раз однозначно остановлюсь здесь же.

двуспальные кровати составляются путем сложения двух односпальных, за счет чего посередине образуется дырка. среди туалетных принадлежностей нет кондиционера для волос и бальзама для тела, а также шапочки для душа. в том же здании, что и отель, расположен ночной клуб. из некоторых номеров музыку слышно довольно хорошо и допоздна.

Отель находится в центре событий - рядом Собор, музеи, Рейн, прекрасный Старый город. Завтрак разнообразный и шведский стол. Европейский персонал (понятно я думаю о чем речь).

Мебель в номерах очень потертая, старая. Вечерами на субботу и воскресенье очень шумно до глубокой ночи от расположенного под отелем бара. Мало розеток в номере. Завышенная цена номера. Платный вайфай - 3 евро за сутки.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig. Ideal für 2 Übernachtungen um die Stadt Köln zu besichtigen und Shopping u zu machen! Frühstück sehr gut und sehr bilig für 5€. Super

Ein zu kleines Zimmer für 2 Personen. Für einzel Benutzung ist das Zimmer okay! Ein zu kleines Badezimmer! Bodenbelag lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig!
