Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

In the city hall ("Stadthalle") opposite, and in the Volkswagen Halle, regular concerts, exhibitions and sports events take place. Families will enjoy a trip to the "Arche Noah Zoo" with its natural style enclosures.
Culture vultures will also get their money's worth here: the city offers numerous museums, such as the railway museum and the gramophone museum.

Det fanns det man behövde och låg med rimligt gångavstånd till city. Vänlig personal med trevligt bemötande. Det gick inte att betala extra frukostmål med kort. Badrummet var mycket kallt. |

Die Nähe zur Stadthalle, und ein sauberes Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Zu wenig Parkplätze. Sehr weiche Matratzen. Morgens 20min. warten bis ein Tisch im Frühstücksraum frei wird, und statt jemanden mal mit einem Guten Morgen zu begrüßen, gab es ein "Sie reisen Heute ab und sind Besucher der Stadthalle? Denken Sie bitte dran ihr Auto wegzustellen." Mir fehlte insgesamt die Freundlichkeit dem Gast gegenüber. |

Die Nähe der Stadthalle Nichtraucher Hotel obwohl Raucher gebucht wurde, Vorort wurde mir der Vorschlag gemacht ein anderes Hotel zu besorgen, was sehr nett war. |
