Location people were friendly

Was not 100% sure where the apt was....maybe a sign outside

Design of the apartment and the facilities of both the kitchen and the bathroom. It was a very quiet area which was perfect come the evening. Also, it's in walking distance of an S-bahn and U-bahn station that takes you into central Berlin within 10 minutes!

The shower was weak and the hot water dropped in and out.

The apartment is perfectly cozy and made me feel like at home! The reception is welcoming and sooooooooo nice! My friends and I love here!

The staff are really nice and helpful!!! Apartment was very clean and freshly renovated, kitchen was fully equiped and towels were also availalable. It was localized very close (2 min) to U-Bahn and S-bahn station. Free wi-fi.

The flat was lovely and the owners welcoming, Raza very helpful, close to u-bahn and s-bahn and the bus!

There was no coffee or tea in the room and only a little toilet roll, as I think the place is usually residential, but I know that these would have been provided if I had asked!

It was next to a Public Swimming Pool, and a few minutes to walk to bus Nr. 249 which takes you to Berlin Zoo and the Aquarium. It was a clean, big and bright apartment, with all basic equipments.

The apartment I stayed in was nice and cosy. Alsmost everything corresponded to the description. For those who want to stay in a quiet but still central although a bit remote from popular noisy bar-club areas it is perfect.

Beware that there is no washing machine in the apartment although it is listed in the description.

Apartment was very clean and freshly renovated, kitchen was fully equiped and towels were also availalable. It was localized very close (3 min) to U-Bahn and S-bahn station, it took us about 15 min to get to city center. At the beginning we were little afraid if it will not be noisy as apartment is next to highway, luckily bedroom is from the other side of the building therefore we could even open window at night and it was quiet. Neighborhood looked pretty safe, we walked late eveing and felt very safe.

The apartment was neat and clean and staff was very cheerful and courteous. About 5 mins to U-bahn. I would definitely would recommend anybody to go for this apartment.

verschmutzte Küche, Küchengegenstände konnte man wg. Verunreinigungen / Ekel nicht benutzen. Unfachmännische Renovierung (fehlende Sockelleisten, Parkettboden ohne Abdeckleisten, alles nur überstrichen bzw. angemalt) Uralt-türen nur lackiert Geruch in Hausflur sehr unangenehm, Badezimmereinrichtung völlig veraltet (Rohre haben Rostwasser durchgelassen und tropfen aus der Decke),Defekte Wandfliesen Betten/Matratzten auf unterstem Niveau. Die Bilder im Internet versprechen einen anderen Standard als den, welchen man anfindet. Frei nach dem Motto " Kleider machen Leute" bzw. die Perspektive des Bildes macht den Unterschied. Die Bildausschnitte im Internet verheimlichen das "drum herum" der Wohnung und zeigen nur das Ansehnliche.

De binnenkant van het appartement voldeed wel aan de moderne standaards. Platte grote TV, modern meubulair, aparte slaapkamer, keuken(tje) en badkamer.

De buitenkant van het gebouw was erg verouderd.

gute Ausstattung, sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr gute kostenlose WLAN-Nutzung, sehr City-Nah, sehr komfortable Ausstattung, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, sehr gut über BAB erreichbar.

Heerlijk ruim appartement. Lekker luxe en schoon. Dichtbij de metro, twee minuten en met de metro tien minuten vanaf het centrum.

тихий район, бесплатная парковка на прилегающей общественной территории.

ужасно неудобные подушки - они огромные. в апартаментах все сделано под белый цвет, складывается ощущение, что находишься в палате в больнице. есть проблемы с горячей водой. чайником не пользовались, тк там огромное количество накипи, которая отваливается. нахождение в апартаментах не уютное. на балконе целый горшок из под большого цветка набит бычками от сигарет. далеко от центра.

милая, уютная квартира в тихом районе, до центра города всего 7 км, рядом есть супермаркет, кафе, бесплатная парковка рядом с домом.

Sehr nette Vermieterin und es war alles da, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Kurze Wege zu Bus,U-Bahn und S-Bahn. Würden wieder kommen!
