tot i no estar al centre de Berlín està molt ben comunicat. el tracte del personal és excelent, les habitacions són molt comfortables, amb molta llum, molt netes i àmplies, i els serveis -restaurant, cafeteria... són molt bons. A més, el preu és immillorable. un 10. he vist alguns clients que han tingut algun problema per no saber anglés i no saber-se fer entendre. potser tenir algú que sabés espanyol o italià a la plantilla els aniria bé, tenint en compte que tenen mnolts clients d'aquestes nacionalitats. ara bé, amb l'anglés t'entens perfectament. |

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms excellent transport outside but in a non de-script area in Berlin yet it did not upset holiday in anyway would return to this hotel. The only thing which I did not like was the portion size of my main course which was very small the restaurant was fine dining but the prices were reasonalbe compared to my own country Ireland. The staff were excellent. |

The luxary off the hotel, and the helpfull and friendly staff At some point we orderd roomservice(drinks), and the staffmember who took our call wasn't very pleased with that. It also took awhile before the drinks where brought. |

This hotel offers outstanding value for the price I paid. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful and the facilities were good. Trams and the SBahn station are right outside the hotel, and the quality of the facilities more than compensates for the fact that it is on the edge of Berlin's central ring. It's not in the prettiest location but once inside the hotel who cares? The views from the Sky Bar overlooking Berlin are stunning. Would stay there again. |

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel with good facilities, staff were very very helpful, breakfast was excellent7 made for a most enjoyable trip. Snack menu was pretty limited in the Sky Cafe & ground floor. |

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience. I work in the luxury hotel industry and am hard to impress. I was impressed!! The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms are stylish and well designed. While not in the center of town it is a convenient tram ride away from Alexanderplatz. We already booked a second stay. The beds while nice, could be more plush. The bathroom ammentities really need to be upgraded. There is no place to plug in an ipod. |

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb. Excellent lacation with public transport systems at the dorrstep. Beautiful design and spotless rooms. |

Excellent design hotel: nice rooms, terrific breakfast etc. Public transport at the entrance of the hotel with trams every 5 minutes (+/- 25 minutes from Tegel Airport, 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz / city center) |

The hotel is was just lovely, it had every amenity needed and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were were very comfortable and always well cleaned. The decor and design of the hotel is very modern and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.There is a tram stop and an S-Bahn stop just across the road from the hotel and once you get your bearings (as a foreign traveller), it is very easy to use and to find your way to anywhere in the city. |

Sitting in the sky bar at night sipping cocktails with breathtaking views of the city has to be the highlight of our stay,it really gives this hotel it's wow factor. |

The comfort of the room and the friendly service I think that there ought ti be nore choice of Engllish speaking chanels and/or at larger selection of DVDs. Also about breakfast: highly rated by reviewers but I though that it was average, not excelent. |

The relation cost-benefits is good. The hotel has 5 stars hotels facilities, modern design, good architeture and confort, and the price is compatible to a 4 stars. There was too much excursions groups and the lobby was always crowd and noisy. |

The absolute wonderful comfort of the beds The surrounding area was a little clinical and uninviting but perfectly safe. It was a little further from the centre than anticipated but is well served by trams. While elegant and smart the hotel, of course, had very little character and could be anywhere in the world. |

This is a modern and comfortable hotel like many others you would come to expect in western style cities - what made this hotel stand out for me was the amazingly professional and friendly staff. The level of service was well beyond my expectations! The location is not so great, but there are trams right out the front of the hotel which go direct to the main shopping and eating areas of the city. |

It is a modern hotel with an interesting reception design. The staff were really helpful. It is too far from the city centre and although near the S-Bahn this was not as frequent as one would have hoped and you needed to change to get to the centre. |

Personnel was very kind and helpful. They have a good bar and lounge at the top of the building, with affordable prices for the drinks. Acoustics in the bar very bad, resulting in an ear sizzling cacophony of voices, noises and sounds. |
