ηUge hotel dressed in white colour with a lot of walking to the rooms. Service very good. Rooms rather small but nice . breakfast superb. Parking facility awesome. Good value for money in general . |

Πολύ καλόγουστα διακοσμημένο, υπέροχο το πρωινο με ποιότητα, εκπληξη την κυριακή το πρωινο ως τις 13.00!!!! για τους ξενυχτησμένους... το προσωπικό παρα πολύ ευγενικό και φιλόξενο, η σταση του τραμ ακριβώς εκεί. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!!! |

πάρα πολύ καλό, πολυτέλεια στα δωμάτια, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό, good value for money αν κλειστεί έγκαιρα Η μοναδική ένσταση για κάποιον (όχι για μας) είναι η αισθητική του ξενοδοχείου (μίνιμαλ στους χώρους υποδοχής) και οι συνδυασμοί των χρωμάτων |

το ξενοδοχείο είναι ιδανικό για να μείνει ένας ταξιδιώτης στο βερολίνο, εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιώντας τις γραμμές Μ5 και Μ6 του τραμ που βρίσκεται ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο,ευγενικό προσωπικό, η αισθητική των χώρων υψηλή και μοντέρνα,πλούσιο πρωινό,η τιμή του δωματίου ήταν πολύ προσιτή.συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. καλό θα ήταν τα δωμάτια να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερα σε εμβαδόν, εντούτοις δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα στο δωμάτιο. |

Σύγχρονο ντιζάιν, άνετοι και πολυτελείς κοινόχροιστοι χώροι, υπέροχη θέα δωματίων - καφέ - μπαρ. Καλό πρωινό. Καλύτερη ενημέρωση των επισκεπτών από το προσωπικό για τρέχοντα θέματα, π.χ. μετακινήσεις, καιρός, κ.α.Παροχή πόσιμου νερού με λογική χρέωση. |

όμορφο, νεανικο, πολυ καλη σχεση τιμησ-ποιοτητας, ευγενικο προσωπικο, καταπληκτικο πρωινο, ωραια θεα απο το μπαρ, σχετικα κοντα σε κεντρικα σημεια τησ πολησ. αυτη τη στιγμη δεν χρειαζεται βελτιωση. |

to moderno styl, i eggytita me ta mesa mazikis metaforas, to grigoro check-in kai check-out internet speed too slow, i had to stay in a smoking room though i reserved a non-smoking one and the aircondition was too strong and the air wasnt clean (i have an allergic problem). i got sic in the second night and then the room turned too hot cause i had to turn out the airflow...also the breakfast didnt seem worthy of a 4stars superior hotel... |

Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας κέρδισε η εξυπηρέτηση και η ευγένεια του προσωπικού. Το ντιζάιν και τα ωραία χρώματα σου φτιάχνουν τη διάθεση. Περιθώρια βελτίωσης πάντα υπάρχουν. |

Inside hotel was clean, light and as western standard ! But Berlin was sad - so many buildings , repareings, grafity and unhappy houses. At least from Hotel to Aleksander plats It was not bad, but b in bookning you informerade that hotel is clouse to Aleksander plats, but - may be it was not correct. Ok to compiere - may be ??? Would be nice to know before that it will take with taxi ca. 10 euro or by tram 20 min. |

the subway was just in front of hotel. breakfast was very good they show porn channel from 8pm till tommorrowwhich is not appropriate for a family hotel. |

Food was very good, relax mode, free internet access, easy access transport facilities and of course staff were very helpful. No hidden costs. The relaxation spa facility not very visible. |

i liked the location, the hotel itself and the room and staff were all very pleasant. What i thought was great was the complimentary bottle of wine and petit fours also the lounge where i could go in the evening to have a glass of wine and nibbles. i was with my teenage son who stayed on the computer and watched tv so it was great for me to have some where to go. Thank you for a lovely stay. It i had to find a fault it was the cooked part of the breakfast, The sausages were half raw and the scrambled egg i did not like. The rest of breakfast was lovely. I appreciate it is very hard to keep hot food hot and in good condition but the sausages could have been browned evenly before entering the baine marie. As for the scrambled eggs = maybe cook in batches rather than one big vat of them. |

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms excellent transport outside but in a non de-script area in Berlin yet it did not upset holiday in anyway would return to this hotel. The only thing which I did not like was the portion size of my main course which was very small the restaurant was fine dining but the prices were reasonalbe compared to my own country Ireland. The staff were excellent. |

The luxary off the hotel, and the helpfull and friendly staff At some point we orderd roomservice(drinks), and the staffmember who took our call wasn't very pleased with that. It also took awhile before the drinks where brought. |
