アレキサンダープラッツからトラムで10分という好立地条件、従業員の良い接客態度、建物が新しく室内も広- くて清潔、朝食が豪華で美味しい、お値打ちな宿泊料金、湯沸し器あり、冷蔵庫あり、無料のコーヒー紅茶あり- 、ヨーロッパの５つ星以外のホテルでここまで気遣いができているホテルは珍しいです。サービスうるさく、贅- 沢な日本人が宿泊してもきっと満足できるでしょう。何も減点するところがありません。私たちが宿泊した時は- 、頼んでいなくても、子供用のエキストラベッドを無料で用意してくれました。感謝、感謝です。

ホテルはとても綺麗で新しいので気持ちよい。朝食も種類も豊富で美味しかった。ＪＳＴＶ（日本語のテレビ番- 組）も観られるようにしてあってよい。（でも残念ながら私達の部屋は調子が悪く見られませんでしたが）

駅もすぐ隣にあり便利だが、中心地までは遠い。

新しく、近代的なホテル。ホテルにあるべき設備は全て完璧に整っていて、全く不満は無く快適でした。もし、- もう一度ベルリンに行く機会があれば、またここに泊まりたいと思う。

街へのアクセスがとても良く、トラム停と電車（Sバーン）駅がホテルの前です。部屋は新しく、とてもきれい- ！朝食もメニューが豊富で美味しい。尚且つ日本語衛星放送もあって、大満足でした。

Inside hotel was clean, light and as western standard ! But Berlin was sad - so many buildings , repareings, grafity and unhappy houses. At least from Hotel to Aleksander plats

It was not bad, but b in bookning you informerade that hotel is clouse to Aleksander plats, but - may be it was not correct. Ok to compiere - may be ??? Would be nice to know before that it will take with taxi ca. 10 euro or by tram 20 min.

the subway was just in front of hotel. breakfast was very good

they show porn channel from 8pm till tommorrowwhich is not appropriate for a family hotel.

Concierge was very helpful

It is really just a conference hotel and should be described as such.

i liked the location, the hotel itself and the room and staff were all very pleasant. What i thought was great was the complimentary bottle of wine and petit fours also the lounge where i could go in the evening to have a glass of wine and nibbles. i was with my teenage son who stayed on the computer and watched tv so it was great for me to have some where to go. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It i had to find a fault it was the cooked part of the breakfast, The sausages were half raw and the scrambled egg i did not like. The rest of breakfast was lovely. I appreciate it is very hard to keep hot food hot and in good condition but the sausages could have been browned evenly before entering the baine marie. As for the scrambled eggs = maybe cook in batches rather than one big vat of them.

The luxary off the hotel, and the helpfull and friendly staff

At some point we orderd roomservice(drinks), and the staffmember who took our call wasn't very pleased with that. It also took awhile before the drinks where brought.

This hotel offers outstanding value for the price I paid. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful and the facilities were good. Trams and the SBahn station are right outside the hotel, and the quality of the facilities more than compensates for the fact that it is on the edge of Berlin's central ring. It's not in the prettiest location but once inside the hotel who cares? The views from the Sky Bar overlooking Berlin are stunning. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience. I work in the luxury hotel industry and am hard to impress. I was impressed!! The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms are stylish and well designed. While not in the center of town it is a convenient tram ride away from Alexanderplatz. We already booked a second stay.

The beds while nice, could be more plush. The bathroom ammentities really need to be upgraded. There is no place to plug in an ipod.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb. Excellent lacation with public transport systems at the dorrstep. Beautiful design and spotless rooms.
