Helpful and friendly staff speaking English and French. Booked taxis in advance and suggested good nearby restaurants. Hotel a 5 minute walk from the big conference hall which was very practical |

If you are in town for the exhibition that's a good hotel to stay. Very close to exhibition place. Also close to central train station and the centre. It's almost a 5 star hotel. Breakfast could be improved. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, advising on restaurants and directly making reservations for you. Really visit Bistro Marietto/Kettenhofweg/walking distance hotel when you're there. Nice atmosphere and superb food for it's price-range. Hotel easy walking distance from the Frankfurter Messe. Very nice breakfast buffet. Superior Room: nice, big and clean. |

it is convenient, as it very close to the fair ground. The staff is nice and friendly. Prices during "Buchmesse" are quite expensive, as in most hotels in Frankfurt |
