The hotel was well positioned to the rear of the main train station with excelent access to the city for shopping and sightseeing as well good links the the superb transport system to travel further afield The room was well appointed and comfortable with two beds pushed together with individual quts for each bed. A flat screen tv and mini bar fridge with a good selection of drinks was also provided. The breakfast was excelent and was available until 1030. I would recomend this hotel to other visitors

Good location, very nice and helpfull staff, good beds and simple/functional rooms. Only downside was the trafficnoise of the main road next to the hotel (only at one side, other sides are quiet).

Friendly, helpful staff.! They know everything about Hanover. Little touches - like apples and free tea/coffee at the reception. 2 min walk from main railway station - excellent location. Mattress only was too soft, and furnishings were old, but the room and the hotel was very clean They charged the full amount on my credit card immediately I booked, which was not what was supposed to happen. Then they reversed it and charged the card again, and I lost 8% of the total amount in the difference in the visa buying and selling rate of the dollar against our local currency -about 40 euros ! visa did not agree to refund this money

Been there before. Coming back shows that I like the hotel. I requested that you should have Free Internet for the guests last year, but this you have not managed!

Wonderful location, 5 minutes from the city center. A lot of restaurants nearby as the hotel is close to the main railway station. Big clean and comfortable room. Big bathroom. Very expensive breakfast (12 euro per person), no free wifi in the room (8 euro per hour in public areas). Almost no free parking - 3 car places. Nearby parking costs 7 euro per 24 hours.

The breakfast, it's really complete. You can't ask for more =D The parking was I think small.. we couldn't park in hotel spaces... anyway pay parking was near and it's not a problem

Whatever I needed, it was just a short walk from the hotel. The room was perfect too and very comfortable. Great value for my money. Directly below our room were restaurants. Sometimes, it was too loud outside that we had to close our windows so we could get some peace and quiet at night.

5 minute walk from main train station. Friendly staff. Poor sound insulation between rooms - next door TV very loud. Rooms do not have air conditioning and with the window open on a warm night, rooms that face main road are very noisy too (helps to cancel out the TV!)

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The localization is pretty good, just one block from the main train station...I recommend this place... The location is good, but the hotel is located in a noisy street...So it was kinda hard to sleep.

Free morning takeaway coffee was a great pleasure :) A hotel of this kind should definitely offer a free wifi! There was no option of refusing new towels for each morning, not very eco-friendly.

Convenient to where I was working, good sized room, clean and well serviced. Excellent value for money in Hanover where the prices are generally high. I would stay there again should I return to Hanover. No restaurant service in the evenings, not very good English instructions in the room, no facility to change currency. Tv programmes very limited

The hotel is located in the centre of Hannover, almost inpossible to get a good night sleep, there is a nightclub located near the hotel and you can hear the music in your room.
