Friendly, helpful staff.! They know everything about Hanover. Little touches - like apples and free tea/coffee at the reception. 2 min walk from main railway station - excellent location. Mattress only was too soft, and furnishings were old, but the room and the hotel was very clean They charged the full amount on my credit card immediately I booked, which was not what was supposed to happen. Then they reversed it and charged the card again, and I lost 8% of the total amount in the difference in the visa buying and selling rate of the dollar against our local currency -about 40 euros ! visa did not agree to refund this money

Been there before. Coming back shows that I like the hotel. I requested that you should have Free Internet for the guests last year, but this you have not managed!

Good location. Very clean room. Quiet & minimal disturbance. Good breakfast. No kettle in the room. Hot water needs to get from the lobby bar.

Wonderful location, 5 minutes from the city center. A lot of restaurants nearby as the hotel is close to the main railway station. Big clean and comfortable room. Big bathroom. Very expensive breakfast (12 euro per person), no free wifi in the room (8 euro per hour in public areas). Almost no free parking - 3 car places. Nearby parking costs 7 euro per 24 hours.

It suited our needs which was to be at a reasonable distance - walking- from friends we were visiting. Room was comfortable and well furnished and would be ideal for a business visit. Good bathroom with well sized shower. Breakfast Buffet was extensive. Our room was directly facing one of the main through routes of Hannover. It was essential to therefore keep windows closed at night but this did mean that the room was rather warm. There was an Autofahrstuhl down to underground parking which was a little discomforting in itself but particularly so on our departure when it appeared to get stuck and people did not know we were there! We survived!

The breakfast, it's really complete. You can't ask for more =D The parking was I think small.. we couldn't park in hotel spaces... anyway pay parking was near and it's not a problem

The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. I requested a low floor room and they obliged. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. Accomodation was comfy and room spacious and clean. Close to main railway station and only a few minutes from City Centre. Couldn't fault anything.

5 minute walk from main train station. Friendly staff. Poor sound insulation between rooms - next door TV very loud. Rooms do not have air conditioning and with the window open on a warm night, rooms that face main road are very noisy too (helps to cancel out the TV!)

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The localization is pretty good, just one block from the main train station...I recommend this place... The location is good, but the hotel is located in a noisy street...So it was kinda hard to sleep.

Great location near to railway station,less than 5 minute walk to town centre,states in a very spacious twin room for a price of40 euro,S.Room clean,excellent bathroom facilities.will book the andor again next time in Hannover.

Free morning takeaway coffee was a great pleasure :) A hotel of this kind should definitely offer a free wifi! There was no option of refusing new towels for each morning, not very eco-friendly.
