The personnel at the reception was very pleasant and helpful - you felt welcome immediately ! Breakfast was good, too. Location is at Ratingen, on a quiet street. Connection to Düsseldorf by tram 712, just 10 minutes walk away. I got a smoking room. The room was clean but you could smell that the room is for smokers.

I stayed in hotel in Bottrop and Amsterdam (which same range with your hotel) didn't provide that facility. I wish u have a ramp, easy for travellers who carrying XL luggage.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grosses Dankeschön!!! Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig. Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut top. Würde jederzeit wieder dort absteigen. War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Very friendly staff. One evening I felt like my grandmother would have been expected me to arrive to the hotel after the work as she was preparing the keys for late arrivals. Good individual and personal service. After all big brand hotels, that I'm using appr. 100 nights a year, this hotel was a really nice supprise. I will definetely use the hotel again when coming to Dusseldorf.

Schönes großes Doppelzimmer mit Couch, Minibar und Flachbildschirm Check-in über Telefonanlage, Zimmerschlüssel per Zugangscode aus dem Briefkasten (leider erst beim zweiten Versuch) erhalten. Sonnabendnachmittag um 15.30 h war die Rezeption nicht besetzt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gesundes, ausgewogenes Frühstück, sehr familiäres Ambiente und sogar frisch gepresster O-Saft zum Frühstück und einen Apfel als Betthupferl statt Schokolade/Bonbons fand ich toll.
