Very convenient and safe location. Overall friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Lively restaurant bar.

The location is perfect , staff were excellence

Lobby is very small, n one to help for the luggage , car cants reach in front of the hotel door

Breakfast was very good.

- Beds weren't comfortable. They need to be changed (the middle sections were sinking). - Corridors smelled of food. - Biggest part of the room is the bathroom where there is lots of wasted space. - Too expensive for a tiny room.

Location! I got a corner room. So spacious. Love the toilet!

The location is excellent, in the center near metro station. And direct way to the airport.

Location, location location! A few steps from the Stachus U/S bahn, trolley stop and an easy stroll to the Marienplaz. Room was quiet, with free Internet, well appointed and artfully decorated.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location! Very close to the main attractions in Munich or to shops and to the Main Station! The breakfast was excellent as well as the hotel staff!

Free wifi, I got a room upgrade to the tower! Good buffet breakfast. Very close to the station and yet in a great area, unusal for a German City.

Quite expensive, but I stayed while there was a trade fair in town.

The staff were exceptional, especially Adrian (and another man whose name I dont know but he had amazing blue eyes and beard) in the breakfast bar. In fact all the staff went out of their way to assure all our needs were more than met. Fantastic. My husband travels a lot with work, all over the world and he commented that the service here beats some of the top 5 star hotels.

Location , ease of travel to and from airport ,central location with easy access to all forms of public transport. Comfortable, quiet and well equiped rooms. Good bar/lounge with friendly bar staff. Excellent choice of breakfast menu and evening meals were very enjoyable.

needs a chair in the bathroom; something to sit on, to dry feet after a shower. !! In the room; something where to place the suit case.

It Was excellent for me and what I like about them is reception anything I asked for it withing 1 minute is done

When arrived at Anna hotel the receptionist told me that they have overbooked and I have to check in a near by parter hotel. I had to pay the same price for a less quality hotel.

We finally arrived from Spain exhausted and frazzled just wanting to go to bed. But when we arrived the girl told us we had received a free "upgrade". When we got to our room, our mouths dropped open as they gave us a HUGE room on the topfloor which was so modern and beautiful we had to video tape it so we could show people! Everything including a balcony, though it had started raining and we didn't use it. it reenergized us so much that we ended up going down to their restaurant and had a delicious meal, with delicious drinks and a great night life. We were able to walk to the old town the next morning to see a million sights including the glockenspiel. It was the best place we stayed while in Germany and fell in love with Munich!!! Would love to go back!!!!

Hotel Anna had one of the friendliest, most helpful staffs we encountered. We ran into a problem having booked the wrong 'hotel anna' for one of the nights we planned to stay. ( we booked through booking.com and somehow booked the wrong hotel anna for one night and the right hotel anna on the second night!) We had traveled quite far and were new to Munich. We were getting a bit desperate as our room was not booked. The staff was sympathetic and went above and beyond our expectations to help us. They called booking.com resolved everything for us. The hotel is clean, stylish and centrally located. Wifi is excellent. We never tried the food but they put out a nice buffet every morning for breakfast and had a nice looking sushi menu in the afternoon.

Nothing really, the worst part is that we could not stay longer. If pressed I would have to admit that the rates are a little high but in this case you do get what you pay for.

Staff was excellent. Location is superb, close to the two main squares: marienplatz & karlsplatz Wifi is super fast with great "in room" coverage!

The location of the hotel is very excellent. You can go anywhere in munich. The room style is modern.

The hotel dose not have room service. You have to take everything in the reception. Plus there is no cargo boy. I had to take my bags by myself. Otherwise everything was fantastic.
