The welcome was friendly, the hotel was well appointed and the food was exceptional. We were delighted with our room and the bathroom facilities. There had been a lot of attention to detail and it was quite clear that this was a hotel that operated on recommendation. We only stayed one night as we were driving to Lake Como but this is one hotel that we are likely to stay at again as we liked it so much I have one complaint only and that is that there was only one pillow and it did not offer sufficient support for my neck so I did not sleep over well. Spare pillows in the room would have been a bonus.

Dass wir wie alteingesessene Gäste bedient wurden. Trotz ausschliesslich Senioren-Gäste wurden unsere Söhne vom Hotel herzlich miteinbezogen. Sehr engagierte Hoteliersfamilie. Sehr gepflegtes Schwimmbad. Etwas düstere Zimmer, bis Saisonbeginn im Frühjahr 2012 wird allerdings Diverses umgebaut.

Super freundliches Personal! Alle Angestellten inklusive den Chefinnen wussten zu jederzeit meinen Namen. Eher was für ältere Leute.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre petite, mais en très bon état et propre. Menu du soir pas trop cher et excellent (18 euros par personne). Idéalement placé dans Badenweiler. La clientèle est constituée en grande partie de personnes du 3ème âge!!! Mais cela n'est aucunement une gêne.

maximale Kundenorientierung, persönliche Ansprache, jeden Tag ausgewähltes Angebot an Tagesaktivitäten (z.B. Wanderungen, Ausflüge ...) sehr gutes 5 -Gang Abendessen im Rahmen der HP kostenloses Internet in der Lobby viele Stammgäste die meisten Gäste sind über 60 Jahre

Enorm gastvrij, zeer lieve mensen, je voelt je meteen thuis. Er werd mij gevraagd of ik mee wilde eten die avond - zij beschikten over een heel mooi restaurant wat perfectie uitstraalde. Een 5 gangen diner wat goed was. Ontbijt die ochtend was perfect - koffie werd geserveerd uit een klein zilveren kan (waar vind je dat nog). Ik was diep onder de indruk. Zwembad met bronwater uit de bergen (helaas alleen binnen). Prachtig terras met mooi uitzicht over een dal (met ligstoelen om te zonnen). Ik ga zeker terug naar hotel Anna. Eigenlijk geen tegenvallers - wel veel ouderen die daar verblijven maar dat vond ik niet erg.

L'hôtel est situé tout près de centre ville, mais l'endroit très calme. C'est idéale pour la détante. Le diner est très bon, l'entrée, poisson, viande, fromage, le dessert à la cuisine française, et pas cher. Le petit déjener est copieux et très varié. La piscine termale avec joli paysage. L'aucune information n'est traduite en anglais. Il y a que l'hotesse d'hôtel parle un peu d'anglais, les serveuses parlent que l'allemand. Vous êtes perdu si vous ne comprenez pas du tout allemand! Il n'y a que des chênes allemande à la télé. La chambre n'est pas assez insonorisé. Ca m'a géné le bruit de la télé de voisin.

un accueil chaleureux, une jolie chambre avec balcon très calme, une magnifique salle de bains, un coin salon et des fleurs fraîches et des fruits, une très jolie piscine thermale et une belle terrasse avec chaises longues, un jardin fleuri. Bravo et merci ! tout était parfait !

ausgesprochene herzliche Freundlichkeit von seiten der Besitzer und des Personals.Gemütliche fast private Athmosphäre. Täglich sehr schmackhaftes frisches Essen in ruhiger gut dekorierter Umgebung. ein Grund zur Beschwerde hat sich nicht eegeben.
