I have stayed many times, and find it very convenient for Munich city centre, and a base to travel to the lower alps. I like the new small back terrace garden.

The staff is very good and easy communicate in English. The location is easy to reach most of the interesting venues by walking and the breakfast is excellent. We don't like the dog although it is friendly and the internet fee should be free.

Great location, convenient to everything we wanted to see, especially the art museums, English Garden, and Marienplatz. The hotel staff were helpful in recommending locations for dining and adventures. I wish we had time to stay longer. A bit noisy at night due to nearby bars and restaurants.

The Breakfast was really good and the Staff really nice We booked a Room with a french bed. But we got a normal double bed room. The room was dirty and very small. No ac. Even with the Window all the way open it was way to hot to sleep. No chance to sleep in with construction work right next to it. The bathroom was not clean. The shower was very dirty.DO Not use their Parking Garage.It is a Pain to park in there. Use the Public one. Might cost 4€ more but you won't regret it and your car will not get damaged.

This hotel was so welcoming. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated having arrived with 3 children that were jetlagged. Hotel is clean, friendly. The breakfast is perfect. Location is so central. It's walking distance from Marienplatz, Pinakothek as well as the English garden. Perfect for a city trip. You have lots of restaurants in the area. A very big thank you again for the hotel staff. It was an excellent experience.

Great position (five minutes to Odeonsplatz) and staff very kind and gentle. They speak a vey good english. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast is the best thing in the hotel: really rich and tasty, there are lots of things to eat. A very good hotel, for prices/position/services.

Location is good, staff are accommodating and friendly - breakfast buffet is outstanding. We were dismayed to find that the hotel allows smoking in some of the rooms - this should be made clear on the website. Our room had a strong smell of musty smoke, and as the hotel was fully booked we couldn't switch to another room, nor could we keep the window open all night in December. I have chronic bronchitis, so the bad air did make it hard to breathe. Other than this, the hotel was good - the smoking issue needs to be clarified on the website.

The hotel was in a wonderful location close to the city, cafe and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Toilet leaked, but was easily fixed by jiggling the button.
